I love Changes City Spa so much! Every time I go in, I have such a nice experience. Everyone who works there is so lovely and welcoming, especially my nail tech, Madison! She always does an amazing job with my nail art and makes sure everything is clean and looks perfect. I always leave loving my nails and would definitely recommend Changes City Spa to anyone!
Alyssa was absolutely phenomenal during my 60 minute facial! She was extremely attentive and explained step by step the products she was going to use on my skin and even took the time to turn on any machinery beside me to make sure I was comfortable. She made sure to curate all the products so I wouldn’t leave the spa with any redness. The entire hour was just utter bliss. At the end of the session she was kind enough to bring some water as well as took the time to write out some sensitive skin and acne friendly tips on her business card. I look forward to coming back and using her services again!
A little late on my review. But hairstylist Dalila maybe be new to the salon world but she's a gem! I felt so pampered and taken care of. The head massage during my shampoo was so nice and I loved my little treats as I got my hair done. Very nice experience overall.
