“I've gone to Winks twice for lash lifts and tints with great results. Both times Carlina took the time to adjust the pads to make sure that the curl was right for the length of my lashes and that I was satisfied. It's a very small one woman operation, so some patience may be needed during appointments, but the experienced proprietor, cleanliness, and attention to detail are worth it.“
