Michelle was incredible-she monitored my boy, advocated to our vet when he needed help, PICKED UP additional medication and administered it to him, all with compassion. I do not believe he would have been cared for in this manner at any other facility. I am eternally grateful to all the staff who looked after them during this stressful time.”
