Big shout out to Victor at Marmaids Cleaning Service! He saved my week long reservation I had on airbnb. My old cleaner forgot we had a same day arrival at my airbnb and then told me they couldnt make it. Thankfully I was recommended to marmaids by a local realtor and Victor was so helpful in making sure my same day arrival guest would have a spotless clean house. I'm very happy that everything turned out so great!

Jana and her team were instrumental in our success! As a short term rental management company, thorough and consistent cleaning is the backbone of our ability to please guests and get 5 star reviews. They are organized and consistently great with their cleans. We could not do it without Mermaids, we are grateful for their professionalism and consistency in quality over 4 years working with them. Highly recommend!! I have used Mermaids on a personal and professional level and have been so impressed! When I sold my home a few years back, Mermaids did a move out clean for me. Everything was immaculate! After such a great experience, we hired them do weekly cleanings at our office space. They are so professional and reliable. Its so nice to come in to such a clean and tidy office every Monday morning. If you are considering using them, do it! You will not be disappointed! Thank you so much ladies!
