Amy listens and gets it! I felt immediate relief and release after our session. This is not your typical massage experience; it’s very fascia focused on the areas that you have particular issues with. Her space is lovely, safe and peaceful. I highly recommend Amy to anyone struggling with chronic stiffness, flexibility or connective tissue limitations, and/or other recurring pain spots. I've nearly completed the 12 session program, and it's made a huge difference. Usually my heels and ankles are stiff and sore after exercise or rigorous physical activity. Today, those symptoms are gone. Thanks Amy!
My first time in 2017 I had a headache for 3 weeks and my PCM recommend her and she did her thing and on the second day the pain went away for about 7 months I was headache free. Now I went again yesterday and I have some relieved but tomorrow is gonna be less pain.
