Planet has come out several times and helped me at my vacation home. Not being a permanent resident of the area, it’s nice having someone nearby I can trust. I had an emergency leak last year and they came out late in the evening, took care of it, and I didn’t find their emergency rates to be unreasonable at all. Can’t recommend them enough!
