I had purchased some carpet from Carpet World and my installer did not show up to do the installation. I called Dean, who was amazing, and I explained to him at 4:45pm that I had a move in the next day at 4pm and could he help me with one of Carpet World's installers. He called me right back and said they could be at my complex by 9 to 9:30 the next morning. At 9:30am the installers were there. Barrilas could not have been any more professional and pleasant. What a great attitude he had. They laid the pad, carpet and also installed a piece of vinyl in the kitchen and cleaned up and even vacuumed the apartment by 1pm. What a terrific job he did!!! Thank you Carpet World Carpet One for incredible employees like Dean, who has always taken care of my carpet needs as well as Barrilas.
