I recently went to the Norfolk store at the recommendation of a friend, he said talk to Tyler. After a couple of visits and several discussions about chainsaws with no pressure to buy, I made a purchase. I did this based on customer service and Tyler's knowledge of what I was interested in. I'm retired fire dept and on my days off I was a Licensed Tree Expert and Master Logger. Now I do milling as a hobby. I know what I wanted and Tyler was helpful. Definitely recommend this store and Tyler.

Very knowledgeable about thier equipment. Not a place to go buy cheap junk, mostly professional grade stuff. You will pay more there but it will last you many years versus the cheap equipment sold elsewhere.
