“Tier 1 is simply one of my favorite places to be. The treatments (and education) I’ve received here have been life changing. They seem to always be evolving, adding to their list of ways to help us grow and be happier, more fulfilled humans. Mental health and wellness can be tricky, and I only wish I’d found this place sooner. Dr. Freisenbruch actually listens to her patients, combining natural options and/or medication with cutting edge technology, she is compassionate -but also passionate about teaching her patients how to help themselves, offering wonderful modalities to use in everyday life. The FLYT treatment (upstairs, in the center) is like having a spa day for your nervous system.

Every face in the building glows with love and encouragement, and I have yet to feel frustrated or annoyed with making an appointment or schedules running late- (the vibe here makes that nearly impossible). Do yourself a favor and go explore the website- there are so many different ways to find support and relief, from emotional trauma to physical ailments. This IS my “safe haven”, and I could not be more grateful.”
