The staff here are friendly, extremely attentive , caring and knowledgeable.I couldn’t ask for a better team of individuals to help me through this tough time in my life. The front desk ladies are AMAZING at accommodating my schedule as well as my 10 year olds.They are so easy to talk to, the environment is relaxed and enjoyable.They have had a profound impact on my wellbeing and I am so grateful for all they have done and continue to do for me.

The staff at Pivot Physical Therapy, Poplar Hall Dr, Norfolk, are professional and caring. Prior to starting physical therapy that was necessary due to back surgery, Arron did an assessment of my abilities to design a program based on those needs. Arron, along with Kyle, and the PT assistants, worked as a team for "land" therapy. Jo, the aqua (pool) therapist, was also great to work with. All ensured my goals were met and their efforts were vital in my speedy recovery from surgery. I am very pleased with the results and I highly recommend Pivot (Poplar Hall) for their knowledgeable staff and well developed and effective program.
