I highly recommend Checkmark Air for anyone in need of HVAC services! I called the office with several questions and Alanna took the time to explain everything and followed up with me when she needed to get some additional information. When I called back to schedule service, I spoke with Chris just before closing time and he was very helpful in getting me booked for the next day. The techs arrived ahead of schedule and were professional and prompt in identifying the problem and completing the repair. Our AC went out yesterday & I'm 8 & 1/2 months pregnant. It was 95° in my house last night & I thought I was going to lose it but thankfully I found Checkmark Air Specialists. I called at 7 am & Michael was at my house by 9am. He listened to me & quickly checked & fixed the issue at hand. He explained what he had to do & why & even answered questions that were more so common since. I will definitely be calling back if we ever have an issue.
