So glad I found JLR to replace my water heater. I had the big guys come out and their bids were huge and it’s a big pitch and also led to at least 10 solicitation calls for plumbing services. I then asked Grok for a good small local business that specializes in water heaters and Grok recommended JLR. I called the number and spoke to the owner John right away, texted him a couple of photos and My info and he shot me back a like for like, no nonsense bid for 2k less than the others. Done. He was able to book me for the next business day, showed up right on time and took quick care of the swap. No fuss, no bs, no issues, nice quality Bradford White unit. After consulting, three different plumbing contractors to replace my 13 year-old, hot water heater, I chose JLR Plumbing to do the job. I was not disappointed! John Ripley (owner and operator) was friendly, professional and very efficient from start to finish. He quickly quoted the job at a fair price, and his knowledge and experience were evident in the excellent quality of his workmanship. John even offered his advice on another small DIY plumbing project I was engaged in. I will certainly call John again the next timeI need plumbing services and highly recommend JLR Plumbing to others.
