I enjoyed being able to talk one on one with Doctor Kaiser, and to discuss the details of my pets surgery, and post-op care. He took time to explain how the procedure went, and his thoughts moving forward, etc.He was very thorough, and using a model of the eye was very helpful to explain details.

Super efficient, friendly and professional - they were very busy but we were seen at our appointment time, the exam and additional testing were thorough and I was given all the time needed to get my questions answered. Options and estimated costs were broken down and explained. I wish we hadn't needed to be there but feel very confident that Cooper is getting the very best care.

They are sweet and compassionate. They made me feel heard and they allowed me to have my input without attitude. My only complaint would be that I can't be there for the appointment.
