Both times I’ve been here has been a wonderful experience. The first time I got a cut and color. Although the cut wasn’t what I wanted, the color turned out great.
Probably thinking that contradicts giving more than 5 stars, huh?!
When I called about my concerns about my haircut, I was promptly contacted by Melissa to see how they can make it right. Not only did she make it right, she went above and beyond to make my hair cut exactly what I wanted and educated me on ways to style it. Not very often these days do you get the owner of a business to call you back almost immediately, but also go above and beyond to get you in get you taken care of and sincerely make you feel like you’re concerns are valid and not a problem.
Soon as you walk into the shop, you can feel the amazing heart and dedication that’s been put into the shop. There’s a great variety to the services offered here with welcoming staff to match.“

The signature facial with Kendra was an absolutely perfect experience. She is clearly a professional who has been in her field for many years. From the products she used to her skilled massage techniques, my skin came out radiant and I felt relaxed and refreshed. The signature massage with Kaleigh was complete perfection. She listened to my every need and accommodated some complex physical limitations like a sheer pro. Clearly a veteran of her field, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The best part is the massage she does neck, shoulders, and scalp and it is unreal. I leave feeling so relaxed every time! You can tell she really cares and knows what she’s doing. “Went in for my first ever full Brazilian wax for which I was very nervous about. I was expecting it to be more awkward than annual woman's exam. I was so wrong. Much less awkward.. Aleta was professional and very thorough. She had me laughing and we talked about all kinds of things. She talked me through the process and made me comfortable. Clean and well lit. Melissa spent time letting me explain what was going on, what kinds of sensations I was having, and where the worst spots were. Then she worked me over with an intense focused massage, including ice and some breath work. She had given me a great all over massage before, but this one was special. Within two days the problem was completely gone and I was back to sleeping comfortably. Thank you!“
