“I recently had my basement flood with waste water due to some pipe issues. While this is always stressful for anyone, for me, it happened right after my husband had died. So my anxiety levels were through the roof. The plumber that came out and did part of the work on the pipes recommended Allklean for the cleanup and restoration process.

Right from the start I was treated well and listened to. I asked them to make sure to close the doors when they were going in and out because I have two cats and was afraid one would get scared and run out. They made sure to be careful. My brain is a bit foggy due to everything that I'm dealing with, so they patiently explained to me (sometimes more than once) what was going on and listened to all my questions and answered in a way that I could understand. Tibi (and another gentleman's name that I can't remember, sorry ☹) came in for the tear-down. Everything was sanitized and the drying began. They were incredibly kind and professional. After their part was finished, Devon took over He was very kind. I felt very comfortable with him, he just finished today and did great. He even setup my basement with plastic sheeting so that my cats can't get into areas that they shouldn't be until everything is back in place. Like Tibi, he was very patient answering my questions and putting me at ease. My two dogs are also members of his fan club. 😄
Now that the cleanup portion is complete, I plan on working with the restoration side of this business soon.“
