My 20+-yr-old garage motor started giving me trouble. Precision got me on the schedule the very next morning. Adrian helped me understand the problems and gave me a bunch of options where to go from there. Long story short, I now have a brand new system and my door doesn't make a sound when in use. I couldn't be happier.

I called Precision Garage Door to request a technician to help with a garage door that had gotten dislodged its mechanism from the overhead track. The dispatcher found a technician who was available at the time of my call and he arrived within the hour.The technician, Jaylon, was very helpful and thorough when fixing the problem and checking that the door was operating as expected. Overall, this was a great experience. I recommend giving them a call if your Precision Garage Door needs repairs.

Very happy. Was able to schedule same-day and technician Sean Y. did a great job. He was friendly and informative, with a can-do attitude. He had the lifting system and the garage door/spring/rollers all back to good in under 30 minutes. Definitely recommend.
