The tech was excellent, and knowledgeable, and good in every way!however being charged because your equipment has to be reset due to a 10 second power outage , the equipment in question is new and I feel that it's failure is your problem not mine the fix should be warranty
I needed to replace my garage door, and Dylan was the technician who installed the new one. He was professional and finished the job quickly. During the installation, he mentioned that the motor for the door opener might be failing, so I ordered a replacement from Home Depot. When it arrived, Nate was the technician for that visit, and he was also fantastic. Overall, it was a great experience.
Tucker walked me through an assessment of my opener problem, explained the the functionality of a good garage door and its operation. Precision door is definitely on my to call when door or openers need maintenance and/or replaced.
Thanks.
