Due to a dog accident I had two rugs go to the rug spa and they both came back looking better than I expected. Although I vacuum daily it was well worth getting them professionally cleaned as their colors came out much more and they looked so good.
We were greeted immediately. Salesman was helpful, professional, and patient as we looked through an almost overwhelming number of choices. He remembered and took us back to rugs we liked. Some rugs were available quickly while others were being made in India. Our salesman explained the current shipping challenges, made a phone call to get up-to-date information, and offered us choices. All-together a great experience and I recommend Kirishian for quality rugs.
Always great service by this shop. We have had our rugs cleaned there a few times. Always very professional and walk you through the process. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new rug or wanting theirs cleaned or repaired.
