We bought a house and quickly realized the ventilation system had probably not been cleaned for years, maybe ever! We called Allklean due to the high number of excellent reviews and we were not disappointed. Joe was excellent and extremely thorough. He spent over 3 1/2 hours on our home and removed a bird skeleton and huge amounts of grossness and filth. He showed us the video he took of the cleaning process as well as before and after pictures of each duct. We are highly impressed and definitely recommend Joe and Allklean to get the job done right! We basically woke up to water coming out from the floorboards in our kitchen and dining room. Our first instinct was to call a plumber to find the source of the flooding. The person we knew wasn't going to be able to get someone out right away, so he suggested we call AllKlean. I had not heard of them before, but they were able to get someone out right away (Cameron) who quickly discovered the source of the leak (burst water supply line behind the refrigerator), so we were able to cancel the plumber appointment, and get us scheduled for mitigation as soon as possible. Joe was an amazing air duct cleaning technician. He went above and beyond for customer service. He explained the process patiently to someone who knew nothing! The before and after pictures were incredible. Who knew what gunk lurks in the ducts! He installed a new filter as well. Very professional with the booties on his feet to protect the flooring. AllKlean kept me infomed of the appointment time and texted when he was on the way. Joe started on time and finished in the alloted timeframe. I would use this company in the future.
