Allklean Carpet Cleaning and Restoration

We moved into a new apartment that the management team failed to clean and there was a strong dog odor I was worried would not come out. I booked an appointment online and Nick from Allklean spokane came and cleaned the rooms and the closets very quickly! The process was fast and painless all for a good price! I checked the work before he left and was very satisfyed and I am not easily pleased! The carpets were a completely different color! We had no idea how dirty they were before! When it came time to make clean up the damage done by our water leak, our mitigation coordinator Joe contacted us promptly and got someone out here. Then team member Tibi handled the intense work of removing out kitchen floor and cleaning up the water damage. He was communicative, responsive and professional. He did a great job and I was relieved to have him here! Both Joe and Tibi have been great to work with in this stressful time!

My Demolition team technician Tibi has been fantastic during the whole process. Over one week of giving me daily feedback and assessments. Very precise and thorough work. Patient to explain to me what work needed to be done and why. This made the demolition of my kitchen not as daunting nor a stressful process. I am very thankful.
