Phenomenal service from the lady who took my call to the carpet technicians who came to my house, grade A. work. And I've seen first hand at work the amazing work they do with water restoration. 10/10 would recommend.
We worked with Trampes and Wendell, they were super responsive and worked directly with the insurance company, providing all the necessary documents required and making the process painless for me and my wife. Trampes was very helpful coordinating with the plumbers and reaching out to specialty contractors on our behalf. Technicians like AJ also exceeded expectations with good and constant communication. A faulty plumbing fixture leaked water throughout my bathroom and down to the basement room below. YIKES !! Our plumber called ALLKLEN to clean up the water damage and they arrived that very day (not three days or one week out appointment, but the very day they were called). I appreciated the booties they wore over their shoes. Wendell Rogers, Project Manager, sat us down to explain everything and took on all our headaches and worries with communication with Gold Seal Plumbing and insurance, while Seth and his sidekick dove in meticulously to tackle my soaking bathroom without blinking.
