“Had lasik done on 7/2 - the entire experience from the pre - op to the actual surgery was fantastic! I saw Dr Edmons for my pre op and she was fabulous! Very professional, personable and took the time to answer my questions. Prior to surgery, I had some irritation to the eye and was able to sneak me literally about 20 minutes after the phone call and helped me clear up my issue. Mallory the surgical coordinator was also great! She was very helpful and accommodating to my needs and understood the last minute reschedule I had the first time around.
Day of surgery - Dr. Filmore and his surgical staff were great! Felt at ease during a time of nervousness. Walked me through everything that was happening as to not take me by surprise. Checked in at 2pm, in the car by 2:40. It was quick, professional and you could tell it was very routine.
Day after surgery I have 20/15 vision and couldn't be happier with the outcome! Excited for this next chapter. Thank you to all others who helped me through this process as well! Much appreciated ☺“
