Amber Butler, owner and founder of Precision Pilates, welcomed me warmly to 2 private sessions. The purpose of both was to refresh my memory of 10 years of Pilates classes and ready me for group classes. During the sessions, she analyzed my body precisely. Her studio is aptly named! She noticed the smallest irregularities caused by a lifetime of injuries. On the spot she showed me modifications to usual routines suited to my needs and age. Precision Pilates is a studio where correct movement is important along with a fun, warmth and inviting environment.Learning is all about experiencing what Pilates offers ones body, mind and soul.There are no age or physical limits.Each instructor knows and understand the importance of adaption to movements for a successful class/body experience.I experienced a back injury resulting in the need for an instructor with knowledge and willingness to work with me, Amber and her staff provided this environment for me with joy and open arms.Making mistakes is all part of the process, so don’t worry about anything, this studio and staff have your back.
