Justin with Cougar Rootor was amazing to say the least. Repaired tub, sink, and toilet within a very reasonable time. Super detailed in communicating Plumbing defects. Would highly recommend supporting honest and transparent local companies like this, with great business ethics and not greedy for profit and volume.

This is the second time I’ve used Cougar Rooter and both times Justin has exceeded my expectations. He is very friendly and in my opinion a very honest hardworking man. I found a leak in my laundry area and had to shut off the main water supply. I contacted Justin and he responded promptly and he was able to squeeze me in the same day. His prices are very reasonable. I will definitely hire them again. Thank you, Cougar Rooter!

Justin come recommended by Taylor at Spokane Rooter, who said that "Justin taught him everything he knew back when he was learning the trade."Justin was communicative, timely, and very knowledgeable.
