Today was my first appointment for my rescue Artemis, who is 75lbs and severely reactive to all other animals and people resulting in fear aggression and over protection. This is my first dog with these kinds of behavioral issues so I am not necessarily the most experienced. I didn't know what to expect from Artemis or the vet, Dr. Laura Strom, and the tech, Camille, so I have been very nervous about this appointment, thankfully I had brought in all of her paperwork prior to the appointment. We were very happy with Lincoln Heights Veterinary Clinic the front desk person was very knowledgeable and very nice and kind the doctor herself was wonderful we felt very comfortable and we are very happy we are now taking our beautiful dog to this Clinic I also have two other friends that frequent this Veterinary Clinic and that is how I found out about them and I'm so very glad I did the staff was wonderful the doctor was great we are very very pleased

Dr. Sloan was very thorough in her examination of Sully and in her recommendations for future care. I feel that I got very good advice which was not "above and beyond" Sully's needs. The natural medication for joint stiffness was appreciated and I look forward to seeing results soon in Sully's mobility. Her tech person was friendly, prompt, and listened well. I especially like that the office has for a number of years used Felway as a way to keep pets calm during visits. I have never met a vet or assistant who was anything but friendly, professional, and thorough.
