Very professional and honest company. Came to our house and gave us a quote same day we called inquiring on getting our AC unit replaced. The process was seamless and the unit was replaced within the week. The owner followed up making sure we were happy with the replacement and was very responsive with question and making sure we had a good understanding of what was entailed in the work they were doing. We cannot recommend this company enough. We will go through them for all HVAC needs in the future.

We Just had our AC system replaced by Master Heating & Cooling, LLC.
First analysis and quote on July 9th.
Artem showed up on time, offered to wear booties to not mark anything inside. Did a concise analysis of our dead 24 year old AC, and gave me both repair and replace options.
His analysis showed that our old system was too large for our house, and recommended a smaller, more efficient Midea system with a Bryant A-coil, and since our furnace was already a VERY high-efficiency gas unit less than 7 years old, he said a heat-pump unit was not worth the additional expense, since a hi-efficiency natural gas furnace is more cost effective than the cost upgrade to an electrically powered heat pump, with it's running cost factored in.
We also discussed possible efficiency upgrades, and decided to upgrade to a V-coil, bumping up the SEER for a nominal cost...
They scheduled an install in 8 days (the 17th).
On install day, Vitaliy and Andrii showed up on time, acted professionally at all times, and replaced the external compressor (with a new pad), a new internal cabinet and ducting for the new coil, all done the same day. Vitaliy spent extra time making sure the old lines were flushed completely, and vaccuumed out to make sure there were no remaining 'bad stuff' in the lines. Once all done with the rebuild inside, and the install outside, they cleaned up, buttoned up, zip-tied and sealed everything with new insulation on the lines, new control wire going outside, all with true professionalism.
Oh by the way, they had a 20% off special going on, as well as a large discount for cash or check at install.
Nothing upfront, just a ck after the install was done.
And a price less than 35% of the other 2 estimates from the guys you see on the TV commercials and Facebook ads all the time.
Midea IS a Chinese brand, but is well known around the world for quality products.
This compressor outside is SOOOOOO quiet, I can't tell it's running unless I open the window directly looking over it.

Josh replaced our aging, 33 year old, gas furnace and air conditioner with an ACIQ high efficiency 2 stage gas furnace and inverter heat pump. He gave us a very competitive quote and lived up to it. His quality work was thorough and technically accurate. I highly recommend True Tech for HVAC installations.

We had an emergency plumbing issue after idiotically thinking the leftover seafood Mac n cheese would stink up the garbage so I put it down the disposal instead. Omg ? Water started gushing out of the utility sink downstairs the next day when my husband tried clearing the clog with a large pot of hot water. We called Platinum, and even though it was after hours, they sent a guy out immediately. Chris was here within 30 min and we were soooo thankful we got a hard working guy who didn’t give up easily! Two hours later everything was cleared and working again. We need to clone people like Chris! Thank you for caring and doing an excellent job!! The next morning I called multiple plumbers, DOP was able to come out that day. I had left a message and then promptly missed the call back but they text me that they could show up and they showed up exactly when they said, with a ten minute courtesy text.
Dave and Terrin introduced themselves and I showed them to the laundry room where the WaterHeater is they immediately got to checking things and happily explained what they were doing and answered all my questions, I had a lot!
The solution was simple and they took care of it! Yay, I can do laundry!
They also sent over a quote in less than two hours from leaving, with all the different services my partner and I had asked about. This way we could see a total and choose which services we wanted to proceed with, if any at all.
I did not feel hurried or unheard. They addressed everything and nothing felt predatory or salesy.

Dr. Ramey is absolutely amazing! I have felt super blessed to have him be a part of my daughter’s care team. He goes above and beyond as well as his staff to make sure you are being taken care of. We have had several sleep studies and are now getting a CPAP for my daughter and They have made the process extremely easy. I cannot speak highly enough about them. They answer any questions I have had for them and they respond within a timely matter even if you aren’t able to speak to them directly. I also want to give a huge shout out to Amber!! She gets things done and makes sure to communicate with you along each step and reiterates to never feel bad about calling. I would highly recommend Dr. Ramey and his team!!

This daycare's been a lifesaver for my family. After a bad experience at our last one, they totally put my mind at ease. My oldest, in Pre-K, has learned so much and is really thriving. My son, who's 2.5, had delayed speech and was super shy. His teachers used sign language to help him, and now he's talking up a storm and making new friends. My youngest is doing great too. I'm even going to school and volunteering there for my degree. These teachers are seriously amazing. You can tell they love what they do, and every kid feels seen and heard.

Laura did a phenomenal job on my daughter’s hair. I showed her a couple of photos of what I wanted and it came out beautifully! Believe me Spokane is not well equipped for Quinceañeras so it was not easy to find her but she definitely impressed me! Her hair lasted all day and all night in June weather so yeah we were happy! I went to other salons and paid for trials and they could not accomplish the “Quince look” I was wanting. Small advice … don’t waste your time or money and just come here!

This was my first time doing a structured gel mani, and I was NOT disappointed! Bianca was very professional and super friendly. She is has such keen attention to detail and is very passionate about educating people on proper nail care. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step as she was going through it. She goes above and beyond for her clients, making her own cuticle oil and choosing the best "treatment" for each individual client, based on needs; habits; and lifestyle. I would highly recommend her if you want quality nail care. Don't wait too long though, her schedule fills up fast!
Such a great experience. Showed up about 15 minutes early to my appointment and was seen by Michael right away! The inside is incredibly clean and nice. They’ve only been here about 10 months so while there’s the benefit of everything being pretty new, the attention to detail went above and beyond just the pedicure I got, which was fantastic, but the clean up and care of tools made it pretty evident that they’ve got really high standards of practice. The massage was awesome and he was super careful while doing all the cuticle care which is something that I am always so nervous about. I don’t get a ton of pedicures but I do have to say this is the best one I’ve gotten personally. I will definitely be back😊 thank you Michael!

My husband and I recently got pedicures at Lexi nails. We both had great experiences. The nail tech working with my husband did a fantastic job taking the time to work on an ingrown toe nail. She did not rush, was patient and resolved the issue successfully. We were both so pleased with our pedicures. All the employees there are fantastic.

This is no longer a 55+ facility. They have turned this place into little condo areas. The landscaping is pretty and the facility is kept clean and in good shape. Ive met the manager for this property, and she is really nice and very professional. There are lots of bonuses that go along with this property. I recommend it. I think anyone living there would be proud to call it home.

Go see Tonya. She has been doing my mom's and my hair for over 15 years and always does a terrific job. From coloring to perms or just haircuts or my mom's weekly styling, she can do it all. I have seen her dye a young girl's hair pink, and as I mentioned earlier, she does my 83 year old mom's hair weekly, so she is truly well rounded in her knowledge and talent.
Judy has an amazing touch and makes my skin feel and look wonderful! Her facials are soooo enjoyable. She adds more, like more of a massage, and it makes her facials stand out. I have had lots of facials and many felt like assembly line service, even in high-end spas.

Excellent service! Two other places haven't even bothered to return my call. The person answering the phone was very pleasant and helpful, though I forgot her name. I really loved that I received a text with the name and photo of the tech that was going to respond to my call. It was reassuring knowing who to expect. I also received a call from Caden when he was about 10 minutes away. The service was a little pricier than I expected, but it was a set price and I knew how much the charges were going to be before Caden began the work. (Some places charge based on how long it takes and how far away you are from their place if business.) I had a choice of payment options, and no additional fee to use my card, so I appreciate that as well. Overall very happy with Bulldog Rooter, the service I received, and the work Caden performed. ?

We called for a stopped sewer line and Nolan discovered we had a poorly seated toilet that was leaking into our crawl space. Additionally, we had no clean out valve in our sewer line. We had Matt come out and assist Nolan with a clean out installation. We found roots in the line out to the mainline sewer connection but worse was a type of drainpipe called Orangeburg that was buckling and heaving. After consultation with Tye Hooley, another tech, we scheduled to have a HDPE liner placed. Tye, Robert and Keaton needed two days to place the line due to the city main sewer line being too close to our fence line. These guys were fast, efficient, clean and extremely professional. I would call them for any issues I have with my plumbing. I cannot recommend Mainstream enough. Thank you so much, Tye, Robert and Keaton.
I just recently purchased my house and decided to take advantage of a water heater flush special Gold Seal was running since I had no idea how long it had been since the previous service. From the time I called to make the appointment they have been very kind and professional, Kaitlyn(sp?) had me scheduled the following week in no time. When the day of the appointment arrived they were right on time for the appointment window I had and even called and texted (when I want able to take the call) to verify I was available and ready. Jamison and his apprentice Jeremiah were very professional and courteous, answered all of my questions, and completed my flush in just minutes. They provided me a receipt and let me know everything was A-Okay with my water heater, recommended I schedule a flush every year, and we're on their way never trying to up sell me on any service I didn't need. I feel very comfortable recommending Gold Seal to anyone looking for an honest and efficient plumber.
Came home from work to find my kitchen sink and toilets all backed up. Called Raptor Rooter to schedule an emergency appt, (because what family can go overnight without working toilets) and was told the technician would be calling soon. Within 15 mins, Brandon called and 30 minutes after that was already in my home diagnosing my problem. Told me the issue, what he would need to do, and gave me the cost up front. They are spendy, but you get what you pay for. Brandon was very thorough and made sure everything was cleared out and working as it should, before putting everything back together and leaving all areas as clean as he found them. Brandon is very professional but also very personable at the same time. He recommended things that could be done to make it easier if this should happen again, and emailed me those quotes with no pressure to schedule. I’d definitely recommend Raptor Rooter for all of your plumbing needs. Ask for Brandon.. you won’t be disappointed.

My mom had a sprinkler pipe leakage outside of her house, which leaked into the Basement. Roto Rooter was professional and timely in responding to our call. Ethan came to our house, and he was pleasant, professional, and patient as we problem solved through what was causing the leakage and finding the culprit of the actual leak. I had a great experience with this company. When a couple of my rooms lost power they were able to schedule me the next morning. Nick quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, very knowledgeable and friendly. The total cost was less than another company quoted me as a flat rate to just come out without the repairs. Our experience with Ameriwest Electric Corp. has been amazingly positive. From the initial bid with Jim to the final walkthrough with David our generator installation experience went smoothly and was very enjoyable. The Ameriwest team is competent in trade, professional in attitude, organized in procedure, and adaptable to customer requests. In summary we can say that out of 5 bids we requested we chose the very best and we got the very best. The crew was pleasant and professional. Any delays were due to road closures or weather. They helped me with my plan and site preparation. When they hit huge bolders for the footings, they rented a large jack hammer to break the boulders. I was kept informed at every juncture. Clean-up after construction was excellent. This is the second building I have had built by this firm. It is obvious by other post that few people have worked construction.

What a great easy experience!! This is our first upgrade to 50 year old showers. Cindy was great at explaining every detail and getting us scheduled and prepared for the install. Then Lester & Bob did a great job demo & installing of our new shower & tub wrap around! They were fast exceptional work, clean & very professional. Bath Planet is top notch & our showers look great.

Very happy with building, took a little long to finish but was able to get floor in before winter ( my main concern) . Attention to detail very good. Building is square and plumb .Addressed my concerns well. Lots of windows but Levi , the foreman took extra time with me to locate them exactly Access to my property is a challenge but worked through it. Site was 85 miles from spokane which added some travel for the crew , i appreciate the extra travel they did. Keith.

The man operates with the stealth of a ninja, the work ethic of three people, and the heart of a Golden Girl. If Dorothy, Rose, Blanche, and a landscaping samurai somehow had a child, it would be Alex.
He showed up, made acres of grass look perfect, helped with extra odds and ends, solved problems nobody asked him to solve, and disappeared before anyone could properly thank him.
At one point I looked away for 30 seconds and an entire section of property had been transformed. I'm not saying he has landscaping magic, but I'm also not NOT saying that.

Eric was the only contractor that showed up on time out of the four bids I got for tree pruning and tree removal. He took time to explain the work he was doing and answer all of the questions that I had. He and his team trimmed back my large maple tree and an apple tree. They also cut down another smaller tree that was growing through the fence and toward the power line to the house. They left the yard spotless and even took away some branches that had fallen during a recent windstorm. I am very happy with the job that they did. I highly recommend Eric and his team at Advanced Arborists and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Mike was early and eager to go to work. The job was a 70 ft. Area along the back property line filled with elm trees and maple trees. They were to cut all over hanging branches straight up to the top of the tree line on the shared fence line. He did a great job! The team also raised the hanging branches on the Huge maple tree in the middle of our yard and clear out the dead branches throughout the inside of the tree. Then thinned out the tree to allow better air flow threw the tree. I have had several different tree pruning companies throughout my lifetime and I must say this was by fare the best company I have ever hired. All the way from Ben who came out and gave me the quote to Mike and his team who trimmed, cut, and cleaned up after the job was completed! Thank you Spokane Tree Pro! You and your teams are Amazing!

I just switched dentists after over a decade after relocating back to Spokane. I was so apprehensive and nervous because my teeth are sensitive, I hate change, I fear needles and have all the normal dental anxiety. Let me tell you not only was Diane, the hygienist, so knowledgeable, and intentional- but she had the lightest hand I’ve ever come across-she made me feel so relaxed- Tamera, the Dentist, was efficient and kind, and the entire staff was so welcoming- -one of their staff Maddy made me laugh the entire time I was getting X-rays and that was impressive because let’s be honest nobody loves X-rays!
-I had already made my follow up appointment but as I went to leave they handed me a beautiful bouquet of flowers. For what reason? Just kindness. Now that’s a first impression, I was going back even before the flowers😂 but that positivity was just the energy of that entire office. I highly recommend! Oh and the office is pristine- sooooooo clean and the most beautiful high ceilings!!! 10/10
I’ve been going to the same dentist since I was 10, and I can’t say enough good things about Dr. George, Dr. Nick, and their team. They’ve always gone above and beyond, especially when it comes to helping me manage my high anxiety. Every visit feels supportive and understanding, and they really take the time to make sure I’m comfortable.
The wonderful office staff always makes sure I’m scheduled before I leave. They know me well and understand that if I don’t book right away, my anxiety might take over and I’ll put my dental care off. That kind of awareness and care means a lot. This place is so nice. The staff is so sweet and Dr. Ryan is amazing! He did a tongue & lip tie procedure on our son and we were having issues doing the proper stretches with him. We were pretty worried about it and so we called on Saturday, he made time to not only come in on his day off but on Valentine’s Day as well. He brought his wife in with him and she was so kind. They went above and beyond to make sure our little guy was taken care of and they were great at putting our minds at ease. Love this place, if you want a good pediatric dentist, this is it.

I woke up in severe tooth pain on a Sunday and had no idea where to turn. They were open, got me in quickly, and from the moment I walked in, the entire team was incredibly kind and reassuring.
Even though I was out of network, their pricing was actually lower than what I’ve paid at my previous in-network dentist for the same procedure, which was shocking (in a good way).
The office itself was spotless, the suites were super clean, and everything felt professional and comfortable. They made a stressful, painful situation so much easier.

Our daughter had her tongue and frenulum release today at almost 8 years old. Dr. Molly and her team made a terrified little girl in to putty in their hands. She came home so proud of herself and so amazed at how little her procedures hurt, and how wonderful they were to her. I’m SO proud of her and SO GRATEFUL to their wonderful team for giving her the courage to be brave through it, and the bedside manner to help her feel safe and have a wonderful pain free experience! Dr. Mom's took AMAZING care of our sweet Yorkie Sophie for the last 8 years of her life. She was an Extremely high maintenance dog with lots of allergies and health issues. They provided the BEST CARE and compassion for her. The day we had to make arrangements to put her down Dr. Mom made sure we had as much time as we needed with her. The entire staff had such great memories with her as she was well known there. We put Sophie down in October 2025 and we plan to have Dr. Moms take care of our new mini Golden-doodle puppy coming soon. She treats and loves all the animals like her own. I don’t usually write reviews but I feel like I could put some peace of mind for some pawrents bringing their dogs to this vet.
I brought my dog to get a dental cleaning. At first I was nervous because I didn’t get many instructions and didn’t have a pre assessment to check in his teeth with the vet.
I even thought about canceling the appointment because I had many concerns but I knew my dog’s dental health was important so we went with it.
This is not like other veterinary clinics, this place is BUSY BUSY! You don’t see the vet because of how busy they are so your contact will be the front desk ladies doing the face to face work with clients.
Drop off is hectic. We arrived at 7:30am and it was already very busy. I am not sure why most reviews here say the front staff is rude? I had a pleasant experience with the employee that helped me check in and she even went over the paperwork I was filling in and explained what will happen to my dog during his stay.
I was lucky he only needed a standard dental cleaning and no extractions were done so by 3pm he was ready for pick up and had a very speedy recovery from the anesthesia.
When I picked him up again the front desk was very nice and even helped me schedule an appointment for my other dog.
I think most of the bad reviews regarding the front desk is because these ladies ARE BUSY and multitasking. Both morning and afternoon when I arrived to the clinic there was at least 4 people in line and from what I could see it was only 3 front desk staff?
Overall I was very pleased with my experience, the price was extremely affordable and they even called me the next day to check up on my dog to make sure he was on the path to recovery.
This vet clinic went above and beyond for my kitty, I was so nervous taking him to anyone because he had to go under for a tooth extraction but he bounced back so fast the vet did such a great job and he’s already playing and active and it’s only been a day. I would highly recommend them!

Whether it's for grooming or boarding, his dogs (who are his babies) always get the absolute best care. Dropped off my cat for Lion cut and she was very good apparently and it only cost me 85(2026 year) dollars. If she wasn't as good she would have been like 95 dollars or a little more. It is there busy season so it took like 3 or 4 hours but I am going to keep using them for my cat.
Brought both my cats in for a wash and groom. Did a great job. I bring my cats there once a year. Im very happy with their service. I always leave them 20% tip on top of the bill.

Rachel's recently set up a great sauna to sweat out some stress before your massage. The room is always clean and she has a heating pad for folks that get chilly. I especially love that she does extended sessions. I can't get massages as often as I like, so having the option for 80-90 minutes is great.
If I go anywhere else it's strictly due to work and scheduling issues on my part. Otherwise I stopped for my preferred masseuse in the Valley.
I’ve been coming to Ciree the past 4 years, and this is the only consistent massage therapy that I have had, and enjoyed. She is always good at communicating, and her massages are amazing. She is good with deep pressure which are the types of massages that I prefer, and will run Black Friday deals and sometimes other deals throughout the year. I always walk out feeling like a brand new woman! Ciree you are A-mazing to say the least!
This is the best massage I've ever had. La has great technique and used the perfect amount of pressure. She asked me multiple times throughout the massage if I was comfortable and if the pressure was ok, which I really appreciate. The temperature in the room was perfect. La was friendly and professional. I'll definitely be back.

I was a client at Aspire starting in the early 90's, periodically for electrolysis as I needed. Here, later in life, following menopause, the growth became very dense. I went looking for someone closer as I live in Idaho and now retired. I have learned there is more than one style of electrolysis. I went 8 months, 4x the first month and 2x each month after. Still considerable regrowth. I decided to return to Aspire. I cannot begin to tell you the incredible results I have experienced with Rebecca! So far, two appointments. Before each visit was 1 hour. Now, 30 minutes to complete the same area. And I can tell, it's going to be less the next time. So, so very happy. Highly recommend. Something I was beginning to think I was going to have to live with. Truly the beginning of something wonderful!

Jake is an amazing trainer with a very in depth understanding of how the body works. He takes over where physical therapy often leaves off to address root issues that may have caused injury or disfunction in the first place. He has played a critical role in my overcoming chronic episodic back pain. He is also just a great guy and a boost to be around/ work with. highly recommended!
