Dr. Deode is amazing! I have seen him a few times due to a car wreck and I already feel so much better. I felt so comfortable with him as a chiropractor that I took my 2 month old son in due to some tummy problems and limitations in the rotation of his neck. He was so gently and caring with him, and I saw my son become complete calm right after being adjusted. I have seen chiropractors for sure but this is the real deal! Definitely 1000x recommend. Not to mention their receptionists are the most amazing and wonderful women.

Dr. Poovey is an EXCELLENT periodontist. I’ve had three separate gum grafts from him and every time he’s been consistently calming, knowledgeable, and welcoming. He’s not just good at what he does, but you can genuinely tell he enjoys it too. I also love how he teaches the hygienists during the procedure. He’s efficient while also explaining how and why he does things in a certain way. I trust his work completely and would recommend these experts to anyone! Also shout out to Kristi for being the kindest helper, keeping me grounded during a not-so-fun procedure. ?
10/10 recommend Shenice for a prenatal massage! I joined her waitlist to get on her books and it was worth every penny! She is great with communication, asks for trouble areas/goals and works with you for a truly individualized massage. I am in my third trimester and experiencing aches and pains that are new compared to my first pregnancy. The body cushion system was very comfortable and she is a true professional! She spoke with me after my massage and gave me tips to work on at home, which I truly appreciate! So happy to have her in the local area and look forward to my next visit!

Doctors and staff very friendly! They are very knowledgeable. Can be hard to get appointments soon, so plan ahead. Been there many times, same service every time. Would recommend to anyone that has back/spine issues.
I love the friendly and caring staff. The doctor is very knowledgeable and efficient. I wish they were open more days for convenient scheduling but with their other office in tricities it makes it difficult. They have always been super accommodating with me to make appointments work around my schedule on the days they are here.

Laura did a phenomenal job on my daughter’s hair. I showed her a couple of photos of what I wanted and it came out beautifully! Believe me Spokane is not well equipped for Quinceañeras so it was not easy to find her but she definitely impressed me! Her hair lasted all day and all night in June weather so yeah we were happy! I went to other salons and paid for trials and they could not accomplish the “Quince look” I was wanting. Small advice … don’t waste your time or money and just come here!

This was my first time doing a structured gel mani, and I was NOT disappointed! Bianca was very professional and super friendly. She is has such keen attention to detail and is very passionate about educating people on proper nail care. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step as she was going through it. She goes above and beyond for her clients, making her own cuticle oil and choosing the best "treatment" for each individual client, based on needs; habits; and lifestyle. I would highly recommend her if you want quality nail care. Don't wait too long though, her schedule fills up fast!
I went to a new salon for mother's day, had to go back to see if the tech would fix them, ended up with sad nails. Called this salon and they scheduled me same day and rescued my nails! Jenny made sure to talk me though and that I was happy with the end product. Left with no blood on my fingers! And let me tell you, I watched her finish another set and do a second while I soaked my old nails, she is amazing! I watched a few of their staff and they're all amazing and so sweet to their clients! I will be going here from now on for my nail care!

This is no longer a 55+ facility. They have turned this place into little condo areas. The landscaping is pretty and the facility is kept clean and in good shape. Ive met the manager for this property, and she is really nice and very professional. There are lots of bonuses that go along with this property. I recommend it. I think anyone living there would be proud to call it home.

I have seen her dye a young girl's hair pink, and as I mentioned earlier, she does my 83 year old mom's hair weekly, so she is truly well rounded in her knowledge and talent.

Excellent service! Two other places haven't even bothered to return my call. The person answering the phone was very pleasant and helpful, though I forgot her name. I really loved that I received a text with the name and photo of the tech that was going to respond to my call. It was reassuring knowing who to expect. I also received a call from Caden when he was about 10 minutes away. The service was a little pricier than I expected, but it was a set price and I knew how much the charges were going to be before Caden began the work. (Some places charge based on how long it takes and how far away you are from their place if business.) I had a choice of payment options, and no additional fee to use my card, so I appreciate that as well. Overall very happy with Bulldog Rooter, the service I received, and the work Caden performed. ?

Faucets N Stuff is amazing! Mandy helped me find a stem for the faucet in my 1965 Airstream trailer. She was very detail oriented and found me the best piece for the best price. The parts came in a few days and we were back in business. Thank goodness we still have small specialty shops with people who care! Thank you so much for your excellent service! Came home from work to find my kitchen sink and toilets all backed up. Called Raptor Rooter to schedule an emergency appt, (because what family can go overnight without working toilets) and was told the technician would be calling soon. Within 15 mins, Brandon called and 30 minutes after that was already in my home diagnosing my problem. Told me the issue, what he would need to do, and gave me the cost up front. They are spendy, but you get what you pay for. Brandon was very thorough and made sure everything was cleared out and working as it should, before putting everything back together and leaving all areas as clean as he found them. Brandon is very professional but also very personable at the same time. He recommended things that could be done to make it easier if this should happen again, and emailed me those quotes with no pressure to schedule. I’d definitely recommend Raptor Rooter for all of your plumbing needs. Ask for Brandon.. you won’t be disappointed.

How do you have 4.5 overall? This place is AMAZING! I've had a couple SMALL problems with our HVAC unit installed in 2011, now in 2024, and they're the tiniest of problems that are actually EXPECTED of a system this old. I've had their technicians tell me little tips and tricks to help avoid having to call the team out to my place, and they've been ACURATE to save me HUNDREDS of dollars! Most recently, Mike fielded a VERY FRUSTRATED call from me where I was quite inappropriate. He handled the situation with poise and professionalism! He answered my concerns, knew EXACTLY what I was talking about, and had a solution ready to go for me the VERY NEXT DAY, NO QUESTIONS ASKED! This is a dedicated team of professionals, who understand their clients' concerns when it comes to HVAC! I don't know a ton about it, but I know I don't HAVE to, because I have the team @ Anderson's behind me. If you need HVAC service/expertise, look NO further than Anderson's. They will treat you right EVERYTIME!!!!

Our experience with Ameriwest Electric Corp. has been amazingly positive. From the initial bid with Jim to the final walkthrough with David our generator installation experience went smoothly and was very enjoyable. The Ameriwest team is competent in trade, professional in attitude, organized in procedure, and adaptable to customer requests. They kept us informed throughout each stage of the process and made sure we were comfortable using our new backup power system before they left; going as far as leaving a personal contact number should questions arise. In summary we can say that out of 5 bids we requested we chose the very best and we got the very best. We now have a 22kw Generac automatic standby generator that we're confident will keep our home functioning well during power outages for many years to come. I recently had granite countertops installed in my kitchen and worked with Tim throughout the process. From start to finish, everything was extremely professional. The installer was friendly, detail-oriented, and even took the time to explain how to properly clean and maintain the granite.
I usually do all of my own work—this kitchen remodel was completely DIY, from new cabinets to backsplash and everything in between—but I decided to splurge and have Northwest Trends handle the granite instead of going with a cheaper option. I’m so glad I did. The look and finish are absolutely stunning, and the craftsmanship is flawless. You can see in my photos that I’m still finishing up trim and final touches, but the countertops truly steal the show.
Their showroom is incredible. We brought in a backsplash tile and a sample of our cabinet wood, and they took the extra time to show us different granite options and price ranges. When we found one we liked, they even let us take a sample home for the weekend to see how it looked in different lighting—a small gesture that made a big difference.
Once we called to schedule the measurements, they came out quickly, and the fabrication and installation were finished even sooner than expected. I’m pretty picky about details (especially things like sink alignment), but they nailed it—it’s perfectly centered.
Granite might cost a bit more than laminate or other materials, but it’s 100% worth it. And even with the higher-end stone, Northwest Trends’ pricing with installation was better than anywhere else I checked. Combine that with their professionalism and service, and you really can’t do better.

What a great easy experience!! This is our first upgrade to 50 year old showers. Cindy was great at explaining every detail and getting us scheduled and prepared for the install. Then Lester & Bob did a great job demo & installing of our new shower & tub wrap around! They were fast exceptional work, clean & very professional. Bath Planet is top notch & our showers look great.

The crew was pleasant and professional. Any delays were due to road closures or weather. They helped me with my plan and site preparation. When they hit huge bolders for the footings, they rented a large jack hammer to break the boulders. I was kept informed at every juncture. Clean-up after construction was excellent. This is the second building I have had built by this firm. It is obvious by other post that few people have worked construction.

Very happy with building, took a little long to finish but was able to get floor in before winter ( my main concern) . Attention to detail very good. Building is square and plumb .Addressed my concerns well. Lots of windows but Levi , the foreman took extra time with me to locate them exactly Access to my property is a challenge but worked through it. Site was 85 miles from spokane which added some travel for the crew , i appreciate the extra travel they did. Keith.
This was my families 5th project with Parson’s Construction. Each previous project was done efficiently with the utmost integrity and attention to detail with absolutely stunning results. So I had no hesitation in making the decision that Parson’s was the firm to make this dream of mine become a reality. Each step of the building process was handled by one of the longtime team members, making the entire project run smoothly and efficiently with very minimal stress on my shoulders. The project manager, Brian, treated the my build as if it were his own home being built. He had the respect of his subs while expecting them to do the job right and on schedule. What minimal warranty work was required was done quickly and to his satisfaction.

This place is so nice. The staff is so sweet and Dr. Ryan is amazing! He did a tongue & lip tie procedure on our son and we were having issues doing the proper stretches with him. We were pretty worried about it and so we called on Saturday, he made time to not only come in on his day off but on Valentine’s Day as well. He brought his wife in with him and she was so kind. They went above and beyond to make sure our little guy was taken care of and they were great at putting our minds at ease. Love this place, if you want a good pediatric dentist, this is it.

I don’t usually write reviews but I feel like I could put some peace of mind for some pawrents bringing their dogs to this vet.
I brought my dog to get a dental cleaning. At first I was nervous because I didn’t get many instructions and didn’t have a pre assessment to check in his teeth with the vet.
I even thought about canceling the appointment because I had many concerns but I knew my dog’s dental health was important so we went with it.
This is not like other veterinary clinics, this place is BUSY BUSY! You don’t see the vet because of how busy they are so your contact will be the front desk ladies doing the face to face work with clients.
Drop off is hectic. We arrived at 7:30am and it was already very busy. I am not sure why most reviews here say the front staff is rude? I had a pleasant experience with the employee that helped me check in and she even went over the paperwork I was filling in and explained what will happen to my dog during his stay.
I was lucky he only needed a standard dental cleaning and no extractions were done so by 3pm he was ready for pick up and had a very speedy recovery from the anesthesia.
When I picked him up again the front desk was very nice and even helped me schedule an appointment for my other dog.
I think most of the bad reviews regarding the front desk is because these ladies ARE BUSY and multitasking. Both morning and afternoon when I arrived to the clinic there was at least 4 people in line and from what I could see it was only 3 front desk staff?
Overall I was very pleased with my experience, the price was extremely affordable and they even called me the next day to check up on my dog to make sure he was on the path to recovery.
This vet clinic went above and beyond for my kitty, I was so nervous taking him to anyone because he had to go under for a tooth extraction but he bounced back so fast the vet did such a great job and he’s already playing and active and it’s only been a day. I would highly recommend them!

Today was Nala Rose’s trial for full time day-care. I was very nervous at the beginning but was reassured by the amazing front desk crew. Upon picking her up, (with a pass!), I got to see the phenomenal layout they have the dogs in. Well cleaned and maintained, and most of all, great strategies to avoid issues I’ve seen at many other daycares!Nala Rose cant wait to come back tomorrow to see her new friends! My Grandfather's 3 dogs regularly go to Suds & Swagger for grooming and have been boarded there with Angel as well. I cannot say enough great things about Angel—she exceeds all of our expectations time and time again! Whether it's for grooming or boarding, his dogs (who are his babies) always get the absolute best care. I am extre.ely pleased with the groomer at All Star Grooming. She was very knowledgeable of everything. I have a an 8 year old long haired, overweight, blind cat that enjoys getting groomed. She doesn't like to be around a lot of loud noises & dogs barking. The groomer really did take special care of her needs. She was very enduring with my cat when she had to towel dry her, in lieu of the blow dryer. She appeared very tolerant while towel drying my cats hair, clipping her nails, etc, because the hair needed to be dry before any razor was used on the fur. This groomer was extremely tentative to my cat's needs & body language. she was very polite, easy going, and knowledgeable, professional, goofy! She is marvelous to have grooming my cat. She also comes out and trims dog & cat nails. Some of my neighbors try to get together, and have her clip all their animals too. We all enjoy & love the fact that she comes out and clips our fur babies nails!!! She is truly fantastic!!!
I just moved to the area and needed to establish a new groomer. My dog can be very hesitant/snippy when meeting new people. They took precautions and were wonderful in making me feel like it wasn't a big deal.
She looks amazing, smells good, and they were able to complete the grooming (and even added an adorable Christmas bandana). We will be back! Thank you! :)

10/10 recommend Shenice for a prenatal massage! I joined her waitlist to get on her books and it was worth every penny! She is great with communication, asks for trouble areas/goals and works with you for a truly individualized massage. I am in my third trimester and experiencing aches and pains that are new compared to my first pregnancy. The body cushion system was very comfortable and she is a true professional! She spoke with me after my massage and gave me tips to work on at home, which I truly appreciate! So happy to have her in the local area and look forward to my next visit!

Rachel's recently set up a great sauna to sweat out some stress before your massage. The room is always clean and she has a heating pad for folks that get chilly. I especially love that she does extended sessions. I can't get massages as often as I like, so having the option for 80-90 minutes is great.
If I go anywhere else it's strictly due to work and scheduling issues on my part. Otherwise I stopped for my preferred masseuse in the Valley.
I’ve been coming to Ciree the past 4 years, and this is the only consistent massage therapy that I have had, and enjoyed. She is always good at communicating, and her massages are amazing. She is good with deep pressure which are the types of massages that I prefer, and will run Black Friday deals and sometimes other deals throughout the year. I always walk out feeling like a brand new woman! Ciree you are A-mazing to say the least!

I was a client at Aspire starting in the early 90's, periodically for electrolysis as I needed. Here, later in life, following menopause, the growth became very dense. I went looking for someone closer as I live in Idaho and now retired. I have learned there is more than one style of electrolysis. I went 8 months, 4x the first month and 2x each month after. Still considerable regrowth. I decided to return to Aspire. I cannot begin to tell you the incredible results I have experienced with Rebecca! So far, two appointments. Before each visit was 1 hour. Now, 30 minutes to complete the same area. And I can tell, it's going to be less the next time. So, so very happy. Highly recommend. Our son has been in pain, head to toe, since July. He hasn't been able to sleep more than two hours a night because he can't get comfortable. Walking, standing, sitting, running all hurt, and he couldn't raise his hand high enough in class to participate in discussions. He has had x-rays, bloodwork, MRIs, and many doctors appointments with no answers, prescriptions tried to help with pain, nothing helped. After our sixth referral, and waiting for an appointment with a Rheumatologist, he was referred to Alex at You Turn Physical Therapy for fascial counterstrain therapy. After his first visit with Alex, our son said he felt different. When asked how, he said it didn't hurt to lie on his back as much, it didn't hurt to sit up from lying down like it did, it didn't hurt as much to walk around the room, or even sit in the car. The first night, he slept a couple of more hours than his usual two he had been. The next morning, he walked out of his room standing a bit taller, a little more relaxed. The second night, he slept ten hours. The difference from just one visit was amazing, as we haven't been able to help our son feel any relief in months.
Our son has now had a second visit with Alex, and more points were addressed to help relieve pain and find comfort in everyday actions.

Jake is an amazing trainer with a very in depth understanding of how the body works. He takes over where physical therapy often leaves off to address root issues that may have caused injury or disfunction in the first place. He has played a critical role in my overcoming chronic episodic back pain. He is also just a great guy and a boost to be around/ work with. highly recommended!
