These guys saved my lower back! I had a stupid accident raking/lifting weights, and my low back hurt for over 4 months trying massage, acupuncture, chiropractic, and steroids from my family doctor. After one appointment with Alex, I felt at least 50% better. After 5 appointments with him and 1 with Becky and some strengthening exercises at home, my back was 100% better. Love this type of PT!

I have been more than pleased with the services offered by You Turn. I started PT with Becky when I was experiencing hip pain and then began seeing Alex to deal with both hip/leg/shoulder pain. Alex was recommended by my PCP because the pain was so bad that I could not function or get a good night sleep. The counter-stain therapy is nothing short of a miracle…so gentle yet with huge long lasting pain free results! With each session with Alex, I leave with less pain that doesn’t return. Absolutely fantastic. I cannot believe how alex helped. He doe’s fascial counters-train. This is the best i have felt or moved in years. My planter fasciitis and back knee pain gone.
