Gabe helped my mother in heat treating her apartment and I'm very impressed by the way he conducts his business. He was extremely professional, kind, understanding, and very patient. My mother's apartment management is not easy to deal with, and due to miscommunications on the complex management’s side, he ended up having to waste a lot of time and probably money, during this whole process. By all means he had every right to say, “Okay, we are done. Find another company,” but he didn't. We are a retired couple on a fixed income. We just found out that we have bedbugs in our bedroom and living room. The service people will need to do a Full House Cleaning to eradicate the bugs.
Gabe worked with us to get the service paid and Scheduled for July 6th, Monday morning.
Todays date is currently, Friday July 3rd at 9:30am.
When working with Gabe, he explained the life cycle of the bed bugs, explained our options, and suggested immediate treatment.

The most professional company in spokane and the most affordable. Gabe was really kind and really helped me feel comfortable in my own home again. I can't tell you how much these guys were recommended but also the best customer service. Also super pet safe and I really appreciated that. If you have an issue with bed bugs, call them. They saved my life.
