Highly recommend!! He was teaching me about how to properly use my foam roller and did not do any X-rays! He was very helpful with doing the exam and talking to me during it, so I understood what he was looking for! Btw he helps at other offices when doctors go on leave 🙂
After almost dropping my new motorcycle I was hurting bad, I have been seeing Dr Roca for about two weeks now and the amount of mobility I have now is amazing. He is patient and cares about the work he does! Not a fancy location but his office is inviting and he knows what he's doing!
I knew what I expected from a chiropractor but I was surprised at what what I met. An extremely personable doctor who made me feel completely at ease the minute we started discussing my problem. He listened, responded with applicable knowledge, and applied his medicinal corrections to my body. He gave affective advice on how I could ease myself back into normal walking when grocery shopping without overdoing it. (He indicated that I walked about 3 miles shopping at Walmart by a calculated step counter.)
