At the age 45, i need something different from rolling out and hot showers to fix my shoulder pain. I have been at Fourth Ave with Anthony for a few weeks. I follow the plan, which is easy to fit in my routine and seen progress. Anthony adjusted, gave me a workout routine, and encouraged me to continue doing activities i enjoy doing such as swimming.
