After contacting 5 tree services and having only two actually show up to give me estimates I was getting pretty frustrated. Sam’s showed up the day after I contacted them. Gave a reasonable bid so I hired them. After scheduling there was a day delay due to mechanical issues which was clearly communicated to me. (Stuff happens especially to equipment so it didn’t bother me a bit.) Polite, professional crew arrived as rescheduled and clarified what exactly I wanted done to my enormous maple tree happily imbedded in power lines. Got 9 pine trees removed and 6 stumps grided. Got all 9 trees removed, 6 stumps grinded, and everything removed except one fallen tree in one day. Just about 2 hours of cleanup needed on day 2. I really like their quote process where you can choose a variety of options so you know exactly how much you want to spend. Very professional.
