We were referred here by our vets in Kennewick for a discoloration of our cat's iris and general malaise. Diagnosis was a very painful dislocation of lens. We were very happy with the care he received, although it did require removal of the eye. Testing and surgery was expense but not out of line with other vets. They described all options and costs at 1st visit. 2nd visit he was there for entire day. Our daughter's cat had similar diagnosis and they were also pleased with care, lthough she died within a few months of feline HIV.

My rescue English Bulldog had many issues with his eye when adopted. We knew going into it that he would require one or more surgeries to reduce/correct the genetic abnormalities. Multiple procedures were performed during this first surgery thus maximizing his time under an anesthesia. He just had his post-op suture removal and all went as expected. All staff tending to our pup were outstanding. There were multiple phone calls from both support staff and surgeon post surgery. While any specialty medical services are generally expensive, we feel the cost was commensurate with the excellent services received. We highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Kaiser!

I was sent here at the recommendation of our vet for our puppy. The appointment was made so quickly to my delight and we were there the next day. Terri checked us in when we arrived. Alesha checked Ruby over then brought in the vet. He was so careful with my Shih Tzu puppy and explained what he was doing, what it was important and then provided options for me to decide. I decided to do follow his advice and do the surgery on my dogs eyes. Of course I was worried but they took care of her splendidly. Her surgery went just perfect and I was ready to pick her up at 4'pm. I was so pleased the the Dr went over the surgery with me and sent us on our way. I'm looking forward to coming back for Ruby's follow up next month. I recommend this clinic to any pet owner that needs specialized eye needs.
