Med Tech Cleaners came through for my family during an incredibly difficult & unexpected time. We had been trying to work with another larger company to schedule clean up of an apartment after a family member’s passing and they left us in a lurch. After seeing all the amazing reviews for Med Tech, we gave them a call and spoke to the owner, Lisa. She was kind & compassionate, working to get her team scheduled for the very next morning. She and her team communicated directly with apartment management beforehand to clear the work that needed to be done. Like other posts, Med Tech was kind, responsive and provided excellent results during a unforseen tough time for my family. When we unexpectedly lost a loved one, they responded promptly, answered all my naive questions, left a room clean and odor free. This ensured the entire household's airvac remained safe and the family could mourn in a safe clean home environment without the tragic reminder. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your customer service sets the bar high.
