I have been to Serenity Acupuncture & Herb several times now. I have arthritis and thus chronic pain in my mid and upper back and neck. I have been to Chiropractors, which have been good and have helped some. The problem is, as a veteran with PTSD, I have a lot of muscle tension. A chiropractor can help get things back in place, but as long as the muscles keep pulling due to tension, my spine will keep getting misaligned again soon.I had never had acupuncture prior to trying Serenity Acupuncture.
