Nichole is great! I sent her notes beforehand and she did her research before my appointment. She knew what I was looking for. And she also explained how the colors worked to pull out warmth’s, etc. I’ve never had someone so into such extensive knowledge before and it was extremely helpful. The color was fabulous and the way she took her time to color it, wash it, and cut it made it well worth it. She even massaged my head! She’s easy going and answered my questions without judgement. I searched and searched for a hairdresser who specialized in working with curly hair and I found Nichole here at Jaazz and if I could give it a 10-star review I would. Nichole went above and beyond, she asked me questions about my hair history, talked me through every step of her process with my cut and I’ve never felt more welcomed and comfortable in a hair salon as I did with Nichole. My curls are alive and better than ever honestly, I found my person at Jaazz and I can’t wait to go back. For all my curly-haired peeps, I highly recommend going into Jaazz and asking for Nichole!
