This has been such an amazing experience. I joined not having much experience with hot yoga, and all the instructors grave made me feel so welcome and encouraged. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone, from beginners to experts.

If you haven't tried this place... you need to go now. The instructors are phenomenal! This is a Locally owned hot yoga studio and boy is it hot! Such a relaxing atmosphere and amazing staff. I leave feeling so relaxed and cleansed everytime I go. Support small business and go to BHY now!

Started going here in May 2017 because it's only hot yoga in North Spokane. Really nice studio and super nice instructors. All the classes are only one hour so if you want a full 90 minute class you have to go to Yarrow off W. Boone. But BHY is perfect for detoxing after a stressful day or to start your weekend right.
