“We ended up with the wrong size furnace that was installed in our new home. We have struggled with it for several years and finally had to call someone. We called Smith Heating and they came right out. Unfortunately the original installation was 100% wrong. We now have the correct size furnace, we had to add another cold air trunk, added extra heat vents and all new heating ducts. We also had to replace our air conditioner as it was also not the correct size.
After the initial inspection Mr. Smith came out and did a thorough assessment and gave us a plan to make our system right. We approved the quote and couldn’t be happier. Their communication is very good along with their follow through. The service installers were excellent and very thorough. Our job site was absolutely cleaned after every visit.
Smith Heating was recommended to me and I absolutely will call them any future work I might need, an excellent company to work with.“

When I found out they now had electricians, I got them out to run some power to my new kitchen island and replace an old dated ceiling fan. Jonathan came out and gave me a good, comprehensive estimate. It was a very fair price and I liked his approach to the potential job and accepted the bid. They were right on time, performed the job beyond my expectations. They kept the entire work area clean and organized at all times. “Our AC died in the beginning of July, and after getting a few quotes, we chose Air Control to do the job because the quote was reasonable and they took the time to ask questions about our system that no one else did (how many vents we had, were there issues with airflow in any of the rooms, etc.). The warranty is also amazing! (12 years for parts AND labor on our system)

They were able to get us on the schedule quickly after we accepted their quote and they were able to rip the old system (compressor, summit, and furnace) out and the new one rather quickly. The crew was polite and professional, they took the time to show me how to use the new system, and they left things very clean when done. I'd 100% recommend them!

On a completely related side note, our house has never been this cool in the 23 years we've lived here. Every room is now the same temperature! We're so glad that we went with the Daikin Fit system... it's awesome!“
