“After reading several reviews about Holliday Heating and Air Conditioning, we decided to have an evaluation of our 20+ year old HVAC system. Matt Bafaro spent 3+ hours at our home going through our system and needs for a replacement. He did a thorough investigation with pictures of all areas involved, i.e ducting, air supply, etc. to see what problems were there. Gave us a quote to replace complete HVAC system, then some discounts, etc. He gave us several options, and we went with the Goodman. Final price, we decided to go ahead. On March 20, Anthony and Bryan came with everything that was needed to do a complete job and spent 10+ hours, replacing all things necessary. Found some copper tubing that had been kinked and replaced a good section, also rerouted some ducting for better air flow, installed a new vent in lower stairwell for heat. This involved some new ducting and there was no additional cost added for everything that was done. When finished cleaned area thoroughly, there was nothing left to clean up, inside or out. When finished, they provided pictures of all work for our files. Everyone involved from this company was very professional and we would highly Holliday Heating.“

“Our AC died in the beginning of July, and after getting a few quotes, we chose Air Control to do the job because the quote was reasonable and they took the time to ask questions about our system that no one else did (how many vents we had, were there issues with airflow in any of the rooms, etc.). The warranty is also amazing! (12 years for parts AND labor on our system)

They were able to get us on the schedule quickly after we accepted their quote and they were able to rip the old system (compressor, summit, and furnace) out and the new one rather quickly. The crew was polite and professional, they took the time to show me how to use the new system, and they left things very clean when done. I'd 100% recommend them!

On a completely related side note, our house has never been this cool in the 23 years we've lived here. Every room is now the same temperature! We're so glad that we went with the Daikin Fit system... it's awesome!“

We were considering replacing our older HVAC system and water heater to take advantage of a sale. So I called Andrew’s mechanical at about 5 o’clock one day And Larry took my call. He asked me if everything was working and I said yes and he says don’t fix it till it’s broke!!
Who does that?“

“Legacy came out to my place of work where we’ve had ongoing issues with never getting the building as cool as it should get. Multiple other companies insisted everything was fine and that it was operator error. Josh with Legacy tracked down major issues that were either overlooked or ignored and resolved them. I was very impressed with his ability to explain how it should work, what was wrong, the process to make it right. He worked in our attic in almost 100 degree weather for two straight days and we are so grateful. Thank you so much!“

“Smith did amazing work for me this week. Stipulations in a sale agreement for my home requires that I had my furnace and AC inspected and cleaned. I could not get anybody to do the work. One company said they were booked solid. Two companies didn’t even bother to call me back! When I spoke with Lisa at Smith, she was helpful, sympathetic, and willing to get me scheduled prior to my closing date. I had two technicians, Jon (AC) and Andrew (furnace). These guys were friendly, kind, and good communicators. One awesome aspect of the transaction is that I got text updates prior to their arrival, so I knew when to expect them. Jon got waylaid at the job before me and he was courteous enough to call and let me know. This is extraordinary customer service. Highly recommend!“

“I’ve used Norco now on a few different houses. They were always prompt each time. When you have a heat or ac problem you don’t want to wait. There were some minor issues with a few installs and they were back the next day each time to make things right.“

Nate arrived at my home right on time. He was kind enough to move a small cabinet out of the work area and started on the hot water tank install. He was here almost 3 hours and worked quickly and efficiently. Nate had to take time to dig out the water shut off to the house!!!

“I needed a second opinion after another company came out to do a sponsored service to my furnace- you know, the kind that gets them in the door and then try to sell you something. The technician that came out heralded impending doom and my furnace (which has never had a single hiccup) had moments left until it shut down. The technician sent out by R&R was thorough and so courteous. He said my furnace has NONE of the issues “identified” by the crooks in the pink trucks and some of the things they were supposed to service they didn’t even touch. Finally, they didn’t charge me a dime. I am so relieved and grateful. This local business has my lifetime allegiance!“
