We have many apartment locations and units and ive been using tactical for a couple years now they are doing all our new construction and taking care of unusual repairs to our older units and are very knowledgeable in their repairs and advise Chris and his crew do excellent work and don't miss the little details that make my job much easier . Jared just replaced a shower valve assembly for me and did an excellent job of installation and improved the the way everything was mounted now it's fixed right .
Chris came out promptly when I called about my water softner not working. They diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and fixed the system at no charge since it was under warranty. Also fixed the water circ timer at no charge. Very pleasant to work with and great service!
Top notch experience with tactical plumbing. The crew that was working on a very difficult project had the greatest attitude the entire time, even when the job was doubled! The owner Chris, was in constant communication with us as the project morphed in to other issues. I’ll never call another plumbing company . Way to go guys!
