“Four different doctors sent a referral to this place and they swear they didn't get it. Now who do you think is wrong, four different doctors or this place? the only reason I got an appointment was because my new PCP spammed them with referrals. then I have a 5-minute appointment in which I don't even get the opportunity to explain all my symptoms. They told me because of one of my symptoms that can't possibly be the issue that 2 pcps, an er doc and a neurologist all clearly saw. They didn't really offer an explanation and showed me the door quite quickly. as I was leaving the nurse told me there's 30 other spine doctors in Spokane or I should consider going to Seattle to get my back straightened? what the hell. I don't understand why any doctor's office would do something like this or treat me this way. my only thought is the procedure I need wouldn't pay them enough to cover the overhead on their 5 million dollar building they reside in.“
