“I never wanted to go to Chas however, Chas North and the staff really changed my mind. I see Nurse practitioner Toni Keel now as my primary care person. She is amazing as is all of the staff. They are very attentive and work with my disabilities. I still won't go downtown but I am extremely happy to have a health care team that truly cares about what thier patients need. They have a pharmacy right there so you can get your medication right away. They offer mail delivery of your medications as well. They do in-person visits as well as virtual visits. I highly recommend this health care establishment.“

“Dr Roth is one of the most caring, knowledgeable Dr's in Spokane in my opinion. My family has been seeing Dr Roth for 20+ years. He makes us feel comfortable and listens to our concerns and takes every effort to ensure we are taken care of when an urgent concern arises. We also see him for our annual checkups and other related heath issues. He works well with the insurance companies when they become difficult. If your seeking a new Dr that is compassionate, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for you, you won't be disappointed. His receptionist 'Lou' is sincerely wonderful and always helpful. 5 Stars Rating!!“

“I was nervous changing medical carriers after being with Kaiser for 25+ years. Providence did not disappoint. From setting up myChart in advance to booking my appointment, it was seamless. The reception team was friendly and helpful.
This was my first introduction appointment with my doctor. First, shout out to nurse Brittney who was friendly, thorough, and very informative. Also gave great needle for flu and influenza vacs. Brittney set up my follow up appointment right after.
Next was meeting my new doctor, Dr. Klopsch. I was pleased at how he actually listened to me and didn’t make me feel rushed. I then went to the lab right there in the same dept! Signed in and was called in a matter of minutes. Everyone was quite friendly and professional. I recommend this facility.“

“Over the last 10+ years, I have seen many providers and specialists for ongoing lower back and referring nerve pain. I have been told by many providers that these issues are related to a repeated disc herniation alone, that reoccurs 2-3 times per year for several months at a time. After a thorough evaluation with Dr. Phil Lenoue III, I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I felt understood, validated in my concerns, and left with a better understanding of my body and chronic injuries than I have ever had. Dr. Lenoue quickly identified the underlying cause for my back issues, closely assessed my movement patterns, and used guided ultrasound to look at the integrity of my ligaments and SI joints. I have had significant improvement in my symptoms since visiting him on three occasions this year, and his insight led to overall huge advances in my care after finally having an accurate diagnosis. I would 100% recommend seeing Dr. Lenoue, in particular for anyone experiencing chronic injuries and pain!“

It was clear from the start that they genuinely care and wanted to get to the root of my health concerns, especially since I’m eager to get back to the gym and return to my usual activities.

They took the time to listen, let me explain what’s been bothering me, and recommended tests to help find the right solutions. You can really tell that these folks truly care about the community.

At the end of my visit, I also had the chance to chat with Joey, the patient resource coordinator. She was incredibly thorough, explaining insurance details and what to look for. Her energy was fantastic, and it’s clear she could excel at anything she sets her mind to.
