“I went today where I had Annie as a nail tech. I got the signaute manicure. Annie knew what she was doing, she was attentive to detail and her work means a lot to her. You can tell she was made to be a nail tech. The quality is great, and she was so nice. The salon itself is super cute. You get a complementary drink. It is clean and very chic. The location is a bit unfavorable, but do not let that sway you! They keep the salon itself super safe and good vibe...I will be back 100%.....not only myself but my family! Visit Annie. She knows what shes doing, she is sweet, and they care. ​​“

“The staff here is accommodating and friendly. They take walk ins, but would prefer that you schedule. They keep their tools very clean and if they accidentally drop a tool on the floor they will get a clean one rather than pick it up and keep going. They so serve soft drinks and wine for an extra fee. I walked in with my drink and that was fine with them also.“

“Called for a walk in and was able to be seen right away. I believe the name of the gentleman that did my nails was Tom. He was detail oriented, kind, gentle and receptive when I asked for slight changes to my nail shape after he’d finishing filing and a touch up on one nail the gel hadn’t set like the others. We also shared good conversation. I was just passing through town otherwise this would certainly be a regular spot for me if I lived in the area. Good prices were an added bonus.“

“I have been getting my nails done consistently for almost 7 years now. I have high standards and know what different services are worth. I also bang my nails around a lot so sturdiness is important to me. After moving to Spokane this was the first place I tried. After that, I tried some more just to see what my options were. Well, I ended up back at Venus. They are the only salon that does a consistently good job and does not overcharge. There are so many micro-charges that new salons add on that are so ridiculous. Venus doesn't do that bs. They charge exactly what the nails are worth. They have a very generous point system so you'll basically always have 10% off, and they do a student discount too. I have seen about every employee there and they are all equally good at what they do. I really see no need to ever go to another salon atp

Edit: oh, I forgot to mention that my nails rarely break with their services, and even when they do it's just because they're older and they never break in a painful way like other salons have made my nails do“
