Great customer service while in store. Able to take multiple samples home multiple times to help us find the perfect floor. The staff that measured and the crew that installed were all professional and fast. Great quality products, great service and warranty on the labor. Couldn't be happier!

Great service,excellent facility for chosing products. Tammy was very helpful and clearly had many years of valuable experience during our initial visit. Kirsten had to take over her talents continued our great experience while providing bid, scheduling and guiding the process along. Thanks to all!! Caruso's came very highly recommended and now I know why.

I can’t rave enough about the fantastic service by everyone (particularly Sharon), quality of carpet, and the outstanding installation by Eugene. If you want a meticulous, thorough installation done right the first time and with care, go to Caruso’s and talk with Sharon and request Eugene. I would have paid more to have this level of service but they are very competitive with others yet also offer the highest level of installation missing from other carpet dealers. I wish I could give them 10 stars!
