Jeremy is truly world class! He was very thorough, timely, and trustworthy. He didn’t say we need to rebuild every access under the house, only the ones with damage. Also, very clear explanation of how the entire process is going to go, what to expect over these next 3-4 weeks getting rid of the rats, ants and other pests that start at this time year. Clay Dailey was our tech yesterday. Extremely courteous and outstandingly professional. He came and explained step by step the chemicals he was using as we have 4 dogs that was very important to us. He took his time to ensure he didn't miss anywhere on our property and then he wrote a very detailed report outlining everything he said. I hope he stay with Pointe pest he is surely an asset to the company.
