I’ve been really impressed with Spokane Dog Grooming. They do a great job, are very accommodating with scheduling, and genuinely care about their customers and their pets.

What stood out to me most was the professionalism and integrity of the management. The manager followed through exactly as promised, communicated promptly, and handled everything in a way that really showed they stand behind their business. That kind of honesty, accountability, and follow-through is becoming rare these days, and I truly appreciated it.

Great grooming, great customer service, and most importantly, great management. I would definitely recommend Spokane Dog Grooming!

Took my pups here for their first grooming appointment and I cannot be more impressed! They treated my babies with love and did a really good job! Very friendly, we will be coming back :)

Update April 2nd 2026: I just want update my review. I still take my Ms.Koda here and they have never disappointed me. She had an ear infection at one point that I didn’t know about and told me to get her ear checked. They are so kind to her. Her haircuts are always on point.
