Doctors and MAs are always very kind here. The front desk crew could use a smile and nice tone while checking people in! I had a new gal that was kind, otherwise they are typically cold and short in interaction. (This does not include the aesthetic center).

Kattie was definitely there to help me. Lately, all I get with doctors is pushback. This was such a nice visit because i didn’t have to deal with that. Only one of 3 scripts were sent so I will be checking into that. But wonderful bedside manner.

Employees and Doctors are knowkedgeable and explained things when I asked questions. The people I cam in contact were very friendly, kind, and considerate. It was a pleasure to be there.
