Built our house 4 years ago during crazy covid times. Got a great price, house and lot in a time where builders could have take advantage of market. Jeremiah and Dan were great at answering questions and being responsive as first time buyers. Jeremiah still answers my emails and calls regarding items. Every-time I had someone give a quote for basement finishing, always mention the great quality of products and build. Very reassuring we made the right choice.
Keep in mind that I’m in the process of moving everything back into the house so it’s under construction, but I am absolutely thrilled with the quality of my floors the staff who worked on it and the price

I wanted highlights for visual interest and dimension and I was pleased with the results. She is very professional and offers excellent, excellent customer service. During our initial phone call, he communicated very well what the process is for this type of service. Mr. Latrell arrived at the agreed-upon time and his attitude was nothing short of exemplary as he greeted me with a smile. He informed me about his 20+ years of experience and a little bit about itself. I felt totally comfortable in his presence as well as the service I received and would reach out for services again. Mr. Latrell even gave me hair and scalp advice about how to take better care of my scalp. Following that advice my scalp is no longer dry. I had to bolt over where when Stache seemingly forgot I had an appointment. I had not initially considered this business since I have a million meetings today and needed to pre-plan. Not only did the lady who cut my hair and trimmed my beard do a fantastic job, but she was done around the time my appointment at Stache would have ended, saving me from being late to my own obligations.

Wow! What can I say? Jenn is insanely talented. I’m generally not great about taking care of my nails (I pick at them, I participate in sports that beat them up, I don’t use gloves when cleaning, the list goes on). First, her magic has helped my nails actually grow. Her products are clean and I don’t find that my nails are brittle, which I can’t say the same for my nails after having them done other places. Aside from now having healthy nails, her nail art is AMAZING. Jenn is the best in the DMV area, hands down.

That is to say, this shop and its staff are phenomenal, consistent artists who have created a calm, cool, and welcoming environment that makes the experience exceptional. The interior is exceptionally clean and the decor is borderline salon-like with lots of plants to complement all the flash on the walls.

If I had not moved from VA to Texas I would only go to this studio. If I had the money and time to fly and see Bishop for all my tatooo work that would be most ideal.

After being let down by another plumber, I reached out to Clog Heroes Plumbing. Jessy answered the phone and was absolutely amazing, she was like a ray of sunshine. She had such an upbeat personality and seemed to genuinely care about and understand my situation. She was able to find time to fit us in same day with a plumber named Shawn. Shawn was punctual, thorough, and didn’t just fix our concern but took the time to explain different things we need to prevent further issues and what we don’t. He never tried to sell us on anything. But he took the time to ask us about concerns we had. Both Jessy and Shawn made such a positive impression and positive impact that I will now only be calling them. They treated my issue as if it was their issue too. So, if you’re looking for someone who is going to care about helping you in a timely fashion, getting quality work, and leaving with an overall positive feeling after having a stressful situation, I strongly suggest you give them a call.
I was very happy with my first visit and thought the owner was very knowlegable and fair. I have had others out to test and look at the system in the house that was installed prior to my moving in. I felt this was the fairest, most honest opion of the system currently in place and estimate to fix was very fair. Planning to do future business with this company and will report back. Just budgeting at this time but planning to schedule services in next one to two months.
My sump pump stopped working and Danny H. was extremely helpful and knowledgable while taking the time to explain to me what the issue was. On July 1, 2025, our house was hit by lightening and blew out our well pump. Plumbing Innovators came within an hour and did a wonderful job and got water running again.

Raytech Appliance Service was contracted out to complete some warranty work for my Wolf oven this morning and from the start, they were one of the most professional individuals to work on my appliances. They introduced themselves immediately, they placed boot covers on their feet once walking into my house and they brought in gear to cover my counter tops and floors to ensure they didn’t scratch anything. I was very impressed with how professional and curious they were. From start to finish, they had my best interest in mind. They also gave me tips and explained things about my oven that I didn’t know. Very knowledgeable about the Wolf Appliances. All Star is amazing! I have never used a carpet cleaning company as competent, thorough and pleasant to work with before. I had major pet stains and was hoping not to have to replace all my carpeting and they made that possible. They did a multistep process, explained everything they were doing and it came out simply amazing! Glenn explained even the science behind how the treatments worked (which I loved!) Without hesitation they came back to retreat an area which we knew would likely be needed. This made a great improvement and there was no charge for this. Pricing was very fair, they were prompt with all communication and arrival to our home. We can now enjoy our home again and so happy to save lots of money on new flooring. G & C Lawn Care just completed multiple projects in my yard and I highly recommend them! They were responsive, fast, prompt, thorough, and had excellent communication. They went above and beyond what was expected and agreed upon. They removed a large tree that was very close to my house and ground the stump with no damage to the surrounding gardens. They removed a great deal of yard waste, rotten firewood, brush, and small trees, pruned larger trees, expanded two gardens, and cleaned the roof. Cesar and his crew cleaned up everything they did and more. They even found and removed venomous snakes in areas where my grandson and dog play. I am already planning more projects for G and C to do!

Had good luck with these guys before so this time I had them take down a pretty large silver maple behind the house and close to the garage. They had a precise and calculated way of removing sections of the tree and safely hoisting them over and away from the buildings and to the ground with a crane.
Even though it is pretty hard physical work the team seemed enjoy what they were doing.
There was a job site foreman or the company owner there most all of the time.
Got it done in one day, thought it might take two.

I talked to several tree operators before selecting Carlos. I felt pretty good going into it. I was absolutely pleased with their work during and after it was completed. They care about their craft, extremely skilled, professional and are genuinely nice (rare combination). Work included taking down more than a dozen tall/big trees, trimming a few tall oaks, removing large shrubs, clean up, etc.
They have the equipment, climbers and full crew.

Awesome thorough work! They expertly described the situation of my trees and advised me on how best to care for larger, overgrown trees, preventing a grave mistake had I gone with a competitors recommendation. They know their trade, wore proper PPE during the trimming and removal process, and happily polished off a couple spots I had concerns with at the end of the trimming. They even left my yard cleaner than when they arrived. I'm keeping them on file!!
Eugenio and his crew removed two large maple trees from our yard today. They did a great job and even went out of their way to not cut a cable that the tree had brought up from underground! Eugenio is a truly nice and good man and was a pleasure to deal with. I recommend him and his crew without reservation.
We've worked with Blue Ridge twice to clear trees. The most recent job (Sep 2025) included taking down a maple overhanding our carport, a pear tree close to wires, and deadwooding twin oak trees that are very special to us. We were concerned about whether the oaks would retain their shape, and shade. They did. The work was on time, on budget, and most of all, it was perfect. Not a word I use often. I trust them to do a thorough job, taking care of both the property and the trees. Highly recommended.
Huber's Tree Service took down 2 large trees for us and did an excellent job! Brad was great to work with, excellent communication, showed up on time, and went above and beyond our expectations. I have insurance with other dental practices, but I choose River dental, even though my insurance doesn't cover their practice. It is very difficult to find an excellent, gentle dentist. Everyone in the office is kind,and friendly. The waiting area is comfortable with lovely decor. I have only had positive experiences, which is a first for me.
This Dentist does the extraction of teeth and dental implants. My wife had to get two teeth extracted this morning and the staff is very nice and very efficient. Doctor Ryan M Bailey extracted her two teeth. He did a excellent job and was very nice. They were very quick and thorough through this process and made it a excellent process for my wife. They put her to sleep because of her anxiety and we're done In around 30 minutes. Then they were very thorough in explaining everything to do afterwards. They even took the time to wish me a happy birthday today. This is a excellent place to go if you need your teeth extracted.

I can't say enough good things about this place. I had a meniscus tear and mentioned it to Christopher Stine. He came up with a treatment plan with Tens/EMS and ultrasound treatment for several weeks. I'm happy to say that the treatment worked and best of all no surgery. I also have arthritis in my shoulder and did the same treatment on that and that is feeling much better as well. They're not just a regular chiropractor, they do other treatments without the need for meds. Very happy patient.
Wow! Simply put wow! Dr. Caiafa is truly amazing and has brought so much relief to what I thought was the new way of life with never ending back and rib pain. From the first greeting of Dorthy and the front office staff to the adjustment it is a blessing to be under their care. Dr. Ward is amazing! I've been seeing him for years and he keeps my back tuned up. He's also worked on my tendonitis when it flares up, my hips, neck, knees, you name it. He utilizes a wide arrays of tools in his practice to help you stay moving.
I’ve been going to Bowers Chiropractic for probably 20+ yrs. Jeff is a wonderful chiropractor. He is always courteous, professional and I always feel better after my adjustment. His wife Wendy is at the front desk to welcome you with her beautiful smile. She is very professional and will help get you checked in. I highly recommend their chiropractic care.
Dr Williams was awesome. She was able to look at images give me a proper assessment and without causing too much pain was able come with a plan for treatment that my referral will be able to support. Dr Brooks is always able to help my husband and I with any Sciatic pain, shoulder pain, or even when my husbands wrists were loosing feeling when he would wake up in the mornings. Pinnacle Dermatology is amazing! I had been dealing with two skin areas of concern that I chalked up to a case of o-l-d. I decided to seek professional consultation with a Dermatologist for the first time ever. This experience was the best routine doctor visit experience I have ever had.
I was greeted with a friendly from desk team that had me use their tablet to check me into their system. The office is very well appointed - it is everything I ever imagined a Dermatologist Office to be like - a day spa!! Seriously, you feel like you are in a center and location for healing - I almost expected to pass a water feature on the way to the patient room.
I was invited back to the office by a very welcoming Physician Assistant - not sure their titles. She was wonderful and went over the information I placed on the tablet, got up to speed on what was going on and had me change into the gown awaiting the doctor (PA-C Ciana Hughes).
Ciana Hughes came in with her high performance team and she went over everything in sufficient detail to make her evaluation. One of her teammates was taking detailed notes and the other getting the diagnosis pulled up as a visual comparison of my diagnosis. It was like an Olympic Dermatologist Team. These ladies were amazing.
Dr. Hughes made her diagnosis with expert skill and confidence knowing exactly what I was going through and how she could help. She offered multiple options for a treatment plan that we will explore starting with the first and moving to alternative options in six weeks.
I am not sure she knew how life changing her work is, but a mere week into treatment my quality of life is measurably improved and forever positively changed. How often do you get that result at a :30 minutes visit with the doctor?!!!

My corgi dog , Candi has her first appointment at England Run Vet Clinic. I like it here very much. The front staff is very friendly the moment we stepped in. Dr Fisher was very nice and warm greeting us. She has a good plan of care for my dog. We will meet again in 3 months. I really like it here and I believe this is good clinic and close to home that will take good care of my dog. Strongly recommend this clinic!

Dr. Moga is absolutely amazing! She came out on an emergency call when my OTTB mare, Lassie, tried to scalp herself. The damage turned out to be much worse than we initially thought, and I was out of town at the time. Dr. Moga went above and beyond to keep me informed, sharing pictures and providing recommendations for caring for Lassie's wound.
She did an exceptional job stitching her up, and I’m thrilled to say Lassie healed beautifully with barely a scar. I cannot recommend Dr. Moga highly enough for her skill, compassion, and dedication.
We have been going to this veterinarian clinic for over 20 yrs. During that time, they have provided exceptional care and services for our menagerie of pets. Dr. Wagner, Dr. Minniear, Dr. Bakerian and staff have always been available in an emergency or just for an annual checkup and boosters. In addition to providing veternarian care, they also provide special diets, grooming and boarding services.
England Run Veterinary Clinic has been with us on the most routine visits as well as the most tragic ones. They've shown incomparable compassion and consideration at every visit. I'm surprised to see other reviews remarking on high prices, because having been a pet owner with medically complex animals for two decades, this place seems to almost under-price their services. I've never walked out feeling like I got less than my money's worth for the care received, and they always are ready with various options to meet price-point needs. More than anything, they've established relationships of trust with our animals almost instantly, every time. Even when dealing with my almost 21 year old cat who is not friendly to strangers. She got feisty with them at first, but ultimately left less disgruntled than the start of the visit. It was nearly miraculous. She has since passed, and I was devastated at the time. ERVC staff went above and beyond to help me in my time of grief. I could barely function as I walked in that day, and they scooped us right up and wrapped us in the care you might find in long-time friends or family. When we ended up taking on a very unexpected new kitten, they instant started things off right with him too. He now seems to enjoy his rides to the vet, and knows that he's going to get all the snuggles and love he desires.

The team here absolutely saved my dog Qira's life. She would have died if it hadn't been for this wonderful place. The service and attention has always been top notch. We've been customers since we first moved to Fredericksburg in about 2018. Our little dog was chronically ill and they got her to beat all the odds and pull through. She was there every day from open to close until she was better. Dr. Ahmad cares more for his animal patients than any vet I've ever met. Thank you so much for everything you do for us and other clients !!!
I would give 10 stars if I could. Where do I even begin. Yesterday our cat fell extremely ill and we rushed her to a local vet. Testing and xrays showed a bad uterus infection requiring immediate emergency surgery. We were then told "She needs emergency surgery but we close at 5" My wife not knowing what else to do called Lees Hill Pet Hospital. They immediately said bring her here. Verifying what the other vet had diagnosed they immediately rushed her back and performed the necessary surgery. The OWNERS, vets and Staff stayed until almost 9pm with us, hours after they closed. Offered us water and were in constant communication as to the current condition of our cat. They also checked on her throughout the night ensuring she was doing ok, monitoring her vitals. I have never in my life had an animal hospital show such compassion and love for us and our animal. We will NEVER go anywhere else from this day forward. We can not thank them enough for their time, effort and compassion. They truly saved her life.
I have never had a bad experience at Hartwood Animal Hospital! I've been going to Dr. Jewett since they opened. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. It shows in how she interactes with the animals she treats!
My cat had an emergency and needed to be seen asap. They were able to get me an appointment within the next hour and was able to get my cat the medication she needed to get her feeling healthy.
The vet and staff provided excellent care to my two Golden Retrievers. The team uncovered an issue with one of my girls which really reassuring in how thorough their review was of her during the routine checkup.
Took my cat Charlie in the beginning of the year for some dental care. The Dr was up front about the care he needed - a full extraction. The price they quoted was very fair and they did their best to honor that quote even though the procedure was a little more difficult than anticipated. ~8 months later Charlie is a new man living his best life.

Carolyn is the best! My large Golden Retreiver puppy can be a handful at times but Carolyn takes great care of him. He looks like a million bucks when she's finished and he loves going. Highly recommended.
I have been seeing Nikki for over 2 years and she is the best. It’s so hard to find a groomer who can do doodles! What I love about K9 Styles is that it is a family run business and you can tell the owners and groomers really care about your dogs. Every time I come to pickup my dog she is not in a crate, but in a gates area that surrounds the reception desk getting love from whoever is working the front desk at that time.
We brought our baby Qira (maltipoo) to Handsome hounds after a terrible experience somewhere else. They have taken her in, always make her oh so pretty and are so nice to her even when she's a little spicey?
What can I say THEY ARE THE BEST. They are able to handle large dogs 120lbs PERFECTLY. I would recommend this place for large dogs. Amazingggggggg
Been getting our dog groomed there and it is the best place polite friendly and very efficient. They do an excellent job we have been very pleased with their service.
Needed to get my dogs nails done before visiting my father. Either they did so well, he didn't cause any issue. Or, he heard me say he usually is a big struggle. Then proceeded to make me look like a lier. Leaning towards the latter of the two. But all in all, great experience. Staff were friendly to me also. Definitely will be a reoccurring customer.

AAAAA+++++ This place is fantastic! I have been getting massages here for about 5 years. First, my husband and I were getting couple massages, but we moved to Charlottesville in 2022 and I currently drive 1 hour and 30 minutes each way, once a month, just to get my massages by Carlie. Can't find anything local that compares. The atmosphere is zen, the staff is wonderful, and the owner Kristie knows how to run a business. :) Love this place!
Had a great facial with Tatum, she is amazing. Then I followed up with s deep tissue massage with Jess. She is fantastic and really can get to my back and hip issues and I walk out feeling new. Bear River is just a great place to go for some self care.
Sara is skilled at deep massage. She pays attention to the needs of her clients and adjust accordingly. Often adding heat, moisture, cupping, or anything else that might be needed. It's a quiet peaceful friendly clean environment. Been going for over a year or two and look forward to every session.

I went to JB to have my calves worked on after getting back into running. I was suffering with really bad calf pain, and one session with JB made enough of a difference that I could continue running without too much discomfort. JB is very good at explaining everything he is doing and why. He is a true professional, and I would highly recommend.

Got a couples massage for my mom and I. We got the deep tissue massage, and it was DEEP TISSUE. The rose oil smelled so good, and was very fragrant, definitely worth the money. Overall it was a great experience, and I loved the ladies that worked there. They were so polite and sweet :)
I had my first massage by Jason Ostrander and it was amazing! He listened to what I needed/wanted and he went above and beyond. I’m a physical therapist and do massage as well, so I’m a pretty hard judge and I would highly recommend him. He has experience and knows and understand the human body. I left feeling so much better and relaxed. I can’t wait for the next session!
