Just had a 60' tree fall on the garage of our rental property. The garage was destroyed and house was damaged. Thank God that no one was injured and we are very thankful for Tree Times! They were at the scene within a few hours with all the necessary equipment, including a crane. They were able to remove the tree and get the home secured and weather-tight before another torrential rain came, just a day later. Their response time and quick work saved us thousands in additional damage and gave us peace of mind. Tree Times is always our first and last call when we need any sort of tree service. What stood out most was Tree Times's dedication to customer satisfaction. They took the time to thoroughly explain the pruning process, providing valuable insights into the condition of our trees and offering recommendations for ongoing care (I believe I spoke with Billy, he was great). Their transparent communication and willingness to address any questions or concerns demonstrated a commitment to customer service that is truly commendable. We will recommend them to friends and neighbors and use them in the future.

We ordered a cord of wood for very reasonable cost with delivery. Pleased with the process from start to finish. Very easy to work with! Will definitely continue to recommend and return for future needs.
