This was the first time visiting this establishment. Our dog is usually very anxious about being separated from me and about baths in general so I usually try and do it at home. I had a deal for this particular place and we decided to give it a try. I met the owner Angela who was very empathetic to our concerns and explained the services and requirements. I didn't realize I needed my pet records but they were patient as I pulled the records up online from my vet. This is a great place! I’ve been coming here for years to get nail clips and baths for my dog. The prices are great and the staff and owner are always so friendly. They even squeezed me in right before they closed for a full service wash last year when I had to suddenly go out of town and my dog was in desperate need of bath and nail clip before we left. I highly recommend bringing your pet here!

I took my long hair dog to Dirty Paws for a bath/groom/nail grind. She had a lot of matting in her back pant area which inlet the lady at check in know. The owner was there at drop off and heard me telling the lady at the counter. The owner let me know she’d check out my dog before we left to be sure they got them. I went back a couple hours later to pick up my dog and the owner came out to check. She felt a few more matted spots, so she took my dog back in and and trimmed up the spots herself to be sure I was satisfied. Upon leaving the owner even sent us home with a dog brush. I was very happy with our experience and would recommended Dirty Paws to others.
