“We had Your Floors, INC. to replace hardwood in three rooms: Living, Dining and Den. A severe amount of "squeaking" was going on with these floors. The Company worked hard to eliminate the squeaks as they installed new flooring, by using a significant amount of screws to secure the plywood to the subfloooring. "NO SQUEAKS". We also had old grout taken up and replaced in the kitchen. Not an easy job, but completed with patience and great care! How absolutely refreshing to find a company that truly cares about their customers complete satisfaction. I cannot sing enough good praises about the owners and staff. The owners stopped by often to make sure everything was going well. The installers worked hard and diligently, very easy to have in our home. This company really cares about making their customers happy. We are more than impressed!! I LOVE my new floors, they are BEAUTIFUL!!“
