No water . Such a bad feeling. It is terribly inconvenient not to have the luxury of running water. A neighbor recommended Southern Spotsylvania Plumbing . Amanda , the receptionist was cordial and was helpful. She put the owner Jimmy on the phone. He asked specific questions and gave me advice. He deployed Matt to my home within hours. Matt was professional, knowledgeable And got the job done. It was the pressure switch to the tank. A new one was installed. He explained to me exactly what he did . And the cost…. $225. I did a happy dance on that one. So, consider these folks if you have water/ plumbing concerns. Transparency and honesty .

We had an out door faucet that froze over the winter and blew the vacuum breaker and cracked the line. SSP came, appt was extremely easy and pleasant to schedule and the our problem was fixed that day at a VERY reasonable price. This was our third attempt at finding a plumber and I highly recommend SSP to anyone!!!

They were able to squeeze us in after we found out our pressure tank was bad. He was able to get in done in less than two hours and provide assistance since we are new home buyers. Will be using them in the future for any plumbing needs.
