The owner, Ray Milano, is a certified roof inspector and is certified by the Vinyl Siding Institute. They provide professional communications and great, respectful service. The whole process from estimate to roof installation is outstanding. They are fair and honest and go the extra mile in working with your home insurance. They offer Trex Composite Decking, ProVia products for window and door installations, and Variform for vinyl siding. The crew is fast, efficient, and did perfect clean up after the roof installation, including picking up nails. They laid tarps around the perimeter of the house to catch debris. They are highly, highly recommended for their fantastic work and commitment to using the best materials at a great value.
We were quite pleased with the excellent service we received from the 9 Hammers team. Fast response to our request for inspection of roof damage. We received a detailed explanation, with photos of the repairs needed. We were given what we believed to be a very reasonable estimate for the repairs. Patrick came back to walk the roof with the insurance adjuster at no extra cost. All work was scheduled and completed within a week after insurance report. Estimated price never changed. We were treated in a friendly and professional manner by the whole team. Highly recommend
