9Hammers, LLC is a builder specializing in roofing, siding, and decking. As a GAF Master Elite Certified Roofer, they offer 25-year workmanship and 50-year labor/material warranties for their roofing projects, using high-quality GAF material. The owner, Ray Milano, is a certified roof inspector and is certified by the Vinyl Siding Institute. They provide professional communications and great, respectful service. The whole process from estimate to roof installation is outstanding. They are fair and honest and go the extra mile in working with your home insurance. They offer Trex Composite Decking, ProVia products for window and door installations, and Variform for vinyl siding. The crew is fast, efficient, and did perfect clean up after the roof installation, including picking up nails. They laid tarps around the perimeter of the house to catch debris. They are highly, highly recommended for their fantastic work and commitment to using the best materials at a great value.
Patrick and his technician were very polite and knowledgeable. Talked about my roof repair for a few moments and they were off and running. Patch was quick, he explain everything step they were doing. Nothing less than 15 stars in my book, but 5 will have to do. I will never work with another company ever, Patrick and 9 Hammers made me a customer for life.
Can’t recommend 9hamemrs highly enough. 9hammers contacted us immediately after sending a quote request from Angi’s List for a deck remodel. Tony, the salesman, came out on a weekend (a time convenient for us) and spent two hours going over every aspect of our deck. Tony was very honest and transparent about what we needed, what we might need when the deck boards were taken up, and what we could skip to save money. At no point did we feel like Tony was trying to upsell us or make us spend more money than necessary. I’ve never had such an honest experience with a salesman.
