Just left a massage with Stephanie and I loved it! Attention to detail for sure! She added some mindfulness exercises to the beginning of the massage, which I never experienced before, and it was a great way to help in the overall relaxation. I will be back!
I’ve tried many new things here. Restorative Yoga and Massage with Stephanie was a great new experience. The blend of yoga and massage released tension and stretched muscles I didn’t know needed stretching. I would definitely recommend this for yoga beginners and those without yoga experience, as well as regular practitioners. It wasn’t intense, no head standing or fancy yoga moves, and it relaxed my brain as well as my body.
I have enjoyed finding this massage clinic. Not like other chain establishments in Fredericksburg. I appreciate the wide variety of services and evening and weekend hours. Every therapist I have had has been great!
