I had already found that the leak was coming from the upstairs shower drain. Joe brought a new drain just in case, but after taking a closer look, he realized it was simply a gasket issue. He replaced the gasket, which saved me a lot of money. Joe was not only honest and knowledgeable, but also hilarious—he made the whole experience much less stressful. He also gave me helpful tips on what to watch for in the future.

“Replaced one of our HVAC systems. We found DM Select to be very transparent in their assessment of our old unit, which was spewing chlorine-smelling odors to the outdoors. The tech let us view his testing methods and see the severity of the problem on his meter. We were able to get a replacement of our old unit the very next day, which was important since it was a cold December day and night.
