“Shame I can only give the 5 stars! I found myself in a bind with our kitchen renovation. Eliminated our island and realized we now had a register out in the middle of the floor. Called Alco and they sent Jessy right out to assess the situation.It is NOT an easy thing to move a register. Jumping joist bays would have required ripping out SO much sub-flooring. However, they were able to move the register up against the wall, remaining in the same joist bay.This was a hard project considering how thoroughly the sub-floor was glued to the joists. But Jessy got the job done the same day. I was impressed by her knowledge and professionalism. She never once tried to take advantage of us with push sales tactics and she gave us an honest explanation of the different options, what each would take (time and money).Thanks Alco!!! I'm keeping your card on my fridge forever!“
